Narrow hole that you can't even tell is a golf course if it wasn't for the tee boxes. Photo submitted by Sean8819622 on 07/24/2016

I guess the hole design was bad enough that you can't use clubs you have. So bad. Photo submitted by Sean8819622 on 07/24/2016

approach on back 9 par 5 (forgot which hole, sorry) Photo submitted by Nathan6632171 on 07/13/2014
Green and fairway are terrible.
Need big maintenance and doesn't worth for money. Tee boxes are messed up. Need big attention.
WORST COURSE EVER
TERRIBLE CONDITIONS ON GREEN AND TEE BOX AND FAIRWAYS!!!!
EVEN THOUGH PAID $25 FOR HOT DEAL, NEVER COME BACK TO PLAY!
IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
Super Cheap Deal
I got on for only $11 on a Tuesday afternoon (regular price is at least $30), so I was gonna be happy regardless of the conditions. Staff was very friendly but the course was not looking too good. Definitely playable, but lots of the grass was dead, the greens had been aerated recently and the tee boxes were only about 30% usable. That said, I always found a clean spot to tee off from, I didn't lose too many strokes (if any) from the aerated greens and for $11 with a cart and a wide open course, it was certainly worth the money for me.
The course was beat up
Although the greens were just aerated, they were still in bad shape along with the fairways and tee boxes. When this course first opened, it was very nice but it has gone downhill quite a bit. I paid $13 through Golf Now which was fair. Anything more that $20 would not be much of a bargain
Very Disappointed!
This course should be shut down until they get it back to being a golf course and not just a bunch of mud and weeds. Fairwats were awful, greens were tore up (even thought they just seeded) but its worse then you can imagine. Played 6 holes and went back to the club house to see what was going on. #14 is just a chip shot onto the green (maybe 25 yards) I took pictures but for some reason there is not enough pixels for upload them.
The worst course I have EVER played.
The was absolutely nothing to like about this course. The tee boxes were a joke. The fairways and greens were even worse. They took $20 off my greens fee and gave me a free round and it still wasn't worth it. I threw my free round away. There used to be a fun par 4 on the back nine that they turned into a lousy par 3 with a matt for a tee. Save your money. Skip this course.
Terrible....really terrible
I've seen Junk Yards in better shape than this course.
Staff gave one price on phone than changed it when we got there, AND DENIED that they did.....
Bad shape, slow pace, no water, buh-bye
My son and I played at Cross Creek on 8/14. We arrived early for our tee time, purchased a couple of buckets of range balls and warmed up. Due to recent rains it was CART PATH ONLY. As a twosome we ran up on another twosome on the third hole and waited an average of two minutes per shot. Tees and fairways are essentially dead and the greens are baked out. On hole #4 we stopped to get some water and the Igloo jug was empty. Called the clubhouse and got voicemail. I will never play here again.
Horrible Conditions
The course looks like a disease. There wasn't one healthy green or tee box
Great price, weather damaged fairways
The weather seem to have damaged several fairways. Playing cart path only, makes this course very tiring.
Very nice for the price. Not crowded at all
Great value for the price. Beautiful layout in a housing community. Fun but challenging. No crowd whatsoever and liked playing at a relaxed pace.
I enjoy playing this course.
This course requires attention on the "tee boxes" and the greens. I expected them to be in better shape.
Fairways
I like to play this course but for some reason the fairways were in poor condition . What's up?
I pretty much mirror everyone else.
The course is in dire need of a professional greens keeper who understands bent grass and how it is maintained. burned out fairways, terrible tee boxes, greens that mirror sand lots. Do something - this used to be a premier course to play -- sad! I will not play here until it gets better and the 14th makes sense.
Unforgiving for my skill level
Fairly new to the game, so the course was toughest off the tee for me (lots of trees, hazards for the first 100-150 yards after the tee). I enjoyed the rolling terrain. #14 was under construction.
Got lucky, the group ahead of us was ready to go early and the starter let us switch as one of our group was running late.
I have played here a few times in the past few months and the greens and fairways are not in good condition. #14 still under construction.
This used to be one of my favorite courses. It has gone down since new management took over.
Dog track!
What happened? Was a nice course when it opened. Now it is like gunpowder..... A dog track!
Worst. Golf. Ever.
What a miserable excuse for a golf course - huge areas of burned-out of no grass in EVERY fairway, crabgrass, invasive grass on tees, fairways and greens. Just terrible.
Its been over a decade since I walked off a course in disgust due to the conditions. It took about 6 holes with Cross Creek before I'd had enough. They should pay me to play there
Needs work
I had read this course was in really good shape last year so we decided to give it a go. What a difference a year makes. It appears they have changed grounds crews and it is noticeable. They have lost several tee boxes and some of the fairways on the back nine are worse than muni courses. They still do not have he 14 th hole up so that is a non hole on the course as it is a green side chip and put that we didn't even play. The layout looks nice and we spoke with people that said it used to be really nice, but unfortunately that is not he case currently. I would have played elsewhere had I known the course was in that condition.
