Gold & Blue Course
Challenging for high handicapper, but fun.
Blue course narrower and scenic. Greens were slow, and a number of tee boxes in poor condition, but will go back.
Lots of wildlife and great layout
I always enjoy the course for the location and layout of the course. Not boring. Wish they would manicure the greens and remove the grass clumps.
Always enjoyed playing this course. Was a bit slow the first three holes but opened up and play was uninterrupted. Tis the season.
Simply a very nice course with challenges that make you think course management during play
A good day.
Pleasantly surprised of the pace of play.under four hours no waiting or pressure. Course is spread-out over a fairly large area with quite and bit of distance between nines. Greens, fairways and tee boxes in good shape (especially for the time of year and less than favorable weather). Would not hesitate to play again.
Definitely need a cart. Long distances from green to tee.
Greens were super slow and hard to read.
I had a lot of 3 putts. Will play again!
Winter 2018 Martin County
It was about 6 months since we played this course. As always the greens were very good and pace of play very nice. The course makes you think about each shot and I like that aspect. My only issue was the bathrooms are still in a little trailer.
First Time
Booked on golf now to play a new course for us. played gold/blue at 9:08 and everyone was extremely helpful. Pace was great for us. 3:45 for the round. Never pushed or delayed. We had a great time and donated a few balls to the water dragons. 90 degree rule was very acceptable. Looking forward to coming back. Greens were a little rough but it is winter and a bad cold snap. Acceptable.
Aerated greens without informing golfers
Overall course conditions were not good but to have aeration holes on most of the greens make it play even worse than expected.
1st Time This Season
Course was in great shape!! Played Blue/White course. Only issue I had was getting to starting point is a long haul, glad I was riding!! Was a single and other golfers were generous and let me play through. Weather was great and I had a pretty good round.
First time to golf here. Pace of play was slow. Waited on almost every shot.
Did not see a ranger to improve pace of play.
Liked the course and would try again.
Great round
Like a diamond in the rough...inexpensive great staff either open course or lil tougher gol/blue
Quality of staff.
We have been members at this course for several years. A couple of years ago the management changed. While the condition of the course has improved, the friendly, casual staff is gone. Replaced with staff that features
Fox News instead of the golf channel. One staff member named Ken takes regular outside cigarettes breaks in front of customers, including children.
We pay for the yearly membership, though we are only in Florida a few months, but will need to look elsewhere next year if the atmosphere does not improve.
Great Round
I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They allowed me to move from the Blue/Gold course to the Red/White course so I could walk. The course was in god shape but they had topdresssed the green with sand and the greens were a little rough & slow. Pace of play was great. I walked 18 holes in 3:15. I'll be back soon.
