Good practice course
Played there a day prior to playing a round at Redbridge to try out my new wedges. We played from the black tees, walked the course and treated every hole like a par 3 (no drivers or woods).
The fairways were in good shape. Greens were firm, but slow. Overall it was enjoyable and way more than I expected for the pirice
Warm Up Round
We played this course as a warm up round before playing other courses. It is good for irons and short game. Greens are very small and very SLOW. Very friendly staff. Carts are a little beat down. Overall a decent little course.
Beats driving range for fine tuning short game
Great little learning course. Even pulled out my driver on one hole. Price is right, course is in good shape, and staff is uber friendly. Just remember, it is a learning course, and all skill levels and ages can be out there with you, so don't expect the course marshal to enforce pace of play. Might want to call pro shop to avoid peak times.
Great for beginners!
I’m still a beginner but this course was excellent for that! Great for beginners. Although the course had some harsh conditions (dead or no grass in a lot of areas) it was an easy course and doesn’t take long to play a full 18
Come a long way
If you just want to do a quick 9 this learners course has really improved. Paving the cart path enhanced this course greatly but beyond that the course was in really great condition. The greens were really nice!! It is a great value for between $10-20. I was a little impressed, I now need to play the 18 hole course because it looked like it was in pretty good shape also.
