A little short

First thing I ever heard about the course, is that every 4 or 5 holes, you pass the clubhouse, which I found out today is true.
I found the course to be fair, it's not long although a few holes have nice doglegs which causes long hitters like myself to choose my clubs wisely. If you hit long your blocked, hit it short your blocked. So this makes up for the short course and today was windy, a 2 club wind blew almost all day.
Some of the back tee boxes were in terrible shape compared to the others and there is a nice variety. What made up for any negatives on the course is cancelled by how much the greens are so sexy, fast and roll true. No. 16 was the only blemished green, one of greens I birdied today.
Overall I would love to play the course again, thanks Chuck for the invite.
If anyone needs a fourth or just someone to play with on any Sunday or Monday, let me know I'm your man.

Best Value

This is a good course, and as woman - there is so much friendliness,
A player can use any tee position depending on their ability.
Yes, there is water, but that is what makes it beautiful. Yes there are trees near the tee boxes, but that is what gives us shade in the Florida sun.
I have played treeless courses and overheated.
I would very very recommend this to my friends.

Best in Sun City Center

This is truly a hidden gem. Very friendly members and $1.00 beer. Course is in great shape and it appears staff is getting ready for snowbirds return. Steve's world of golf will be taking over golf shop. Stop by and see for yourself you will not be disappointed.

Lots of Water

Water comes into play on about 70% of the course. This looks like a typical Florida course. Bunkers are in fair condition. Many tee box options to hit from. Great layout - you have four loops that always come back to the clubhouse. Driving range being redone - will be among the best when completed. Good practice area, large putting green.
