Tarpon Springs Golf Course

Just challenging enough to make it fun! Course in great condition, pretty water features and a few elevated tees & greens, nice way to spend a Sunday!

Not a bad course for the money. They'd had a lot of rain course was very wet. Back 9 is harder than the front 9 . I'd play it again.

Always have a great time on this course. Loose very little of any golf balls. Staff great!

Great for the money. Hazards are there if you don't hit it pretty straight. Bad hits rinsed two but they were sell inflicted. Neither of us had a bad lie all day! Great pace, courses had just a few straight holes and was fun to play. Greens will be replaced next summer, they had grass but bounced a little.

I like this course. In most cases it has wide forgiving fairways but it still is tough to get on and stay on, the small greens.
It has a great layout and several holes have water that is in play.
After a hard winter of play the course is still in excellent condition and maintenance is ongoing.

This is a course that is great for all levels of players. There is a lot of water but there is a lot of room to place your ball. You really almost have to try to put your ball in the water. This course has really wide fairways and a lot of elevation changes that provide for a really enjoyable round of golf. The whole staff is very friendly and are all willing to go out of they're way to help you. If you don't enjoy your round of golf here you wont enjoy a round of golf anywhere!!!

The course has wide open fairways in good condition. The greens had been punched but will recover quickly. I was here a few weeks ago and the greens were surprisingly good. Not super fast but the ball rolled well. A few holes require good layups for position so make you think off the tee. Staff was friendly and the beverage cart made several loops. Good course for the money.

i have always thought this was a golfer frendly course you really cant get in to much trouble. the course has been taken care to some extent and the fairways were in realy good shape however most of the greens were a little rough in putting it was crazy to see the ball bounce so much on bermuda were as when playing bent grass its a lot smoother and i though the tee boxes were uneven an in need of some work. over all i and my wife had a great time and would play there again soon.

oover all is a great golf course but the green are no good condition need some attention.

The greens were a bit bumpy and slow and some of fairways had areas that if you drove the ball too far the grass was very thin or sandy due to dry late spring conditions. Overall the course was in good shape and the starter paced everyone in a timely manner. We will definately be back soon.

We enjoyed the time and moving of the game. The greens are in good shape. Good job by the ground crew. We were there last year and the way they placed the rocks on the banks of the ponds is great. Enjoyed it very much.

The course is suffering from age and lack of moisture. The dry spring has exerbated these conditions. The course needs a redo with better fairway sod and new greens. The century old front nine really shows it's age when the Florida dry spring kicks in.

played 18 holes of golf in a little over two hours. Pro shop people were very helpful getting me started. It was after 4:00PM so there was not a lot of players, mostly people after work. Only drawback was players in front were slow and did not allow playing through. Management should do more to create foursomes when possible
