About
Wentworth Golf Club is routed through a scenic and varied landscape of woods and wetlands. At 6,459 yards, the golf course is relatively short but it offers a demanding, target-style layout. The course has narrow fairways and small greens that run fast. The front nine is routed through towering stands of cypress trees, pines, and mature oaks while the back nine has a more links-style layout that will test your shot-making skills. Water hazards come into play on several holes but the far more prominent features of the course are the massive bunkers that lurk beside the fairways and greens, ready to swallow even slightly errant shots. Careful strategy is required throughout the course in order to avoid losing balls. In addition to the challenging layout, Wentworth G.C. boasts superb conditions that are considered some of the area's best.

Greens
The greens were the best we’ve played all year !

Used to be a nice course
Not sure what happened to Wentworth. It used to be such a nice course and well maintained. Not anymore. The course is in bad condition, the fairways are patched and the course looks like it’s not been watered at all. They seem to be putting up guard rails. I suggest they spend the money fixing the fairways.
Odd Course
Played Wentworth for the first time this past weekend. Very odd experience. I was expecting the course to be very well taken care of given the gated community it is in and the overall facilities being incredibly nice. The course was mixed. The greens were outstanding, you can tell this is where they put most of their maintenance focus. The Tee boxes and fairways were not in the best shape. A headscratcher for me is their driving range. It’s right in the middle of two holes. No nets to stop the balls on either side. If you are playing either of these holes, you’re likely going to find range balls all over the rough and edge of the fairway. Staff was fantastic. Overall, the price point doesn’t make playing this course worth it unless you get a hot deal.
Course layout is weird and the greens are just in awful condition very slow and some are torn up
Great layout
Fairways were not in great shape. Carts are getting rough. Pace of play was very slow. Greens were fast and perfectly maintained. Fun course.
Fun & challenging layout
Greens were true & clean. Fair ways sparse,tee boxes tore up. The course needs grass
Course conditions Better!
Played today at 8:30am. Started on hole 10. Tee boxes good shape. Most traps had sand and raked. Greens in very good shape and rolled nicely. Fairways grass cut very low and still several dirt spots. Overall exceeded expectations. Very pleased on how this course is progressing. New owners. I would recommend playing here now.
