Temple Terrace
The course is a decent course challenging, unfortunately greens were rough, but over all not bad.
With GolfPass discounts and earned credits made the price manageable. Carts are very comfortable.
The Temple
Fun track. Needs more signage for first timers. Neighborhood golf course with many homes and streets close to course. Pace of play was great on a Wednesday. Back nine posed a few more challenges than the front.
-Big fan of the hotdog at the turn!
-newer comfortable golf carts.
Greens 8.5/10
Bunkers 7.8/10
Fairways 8/10
Would play again.
Neighborhood course
It’s a short, forgiving neighborhood layout. White tees barely 6K yards. Tee boxes were pretty narrow but in decent shape. Almost no yardage markers so they were either hidden or removed, so you need a range finder. Greens and aprons were bare and bumpy and fairways had some rough spots but OK. It’s an average course and perfectly fine if you want to play a quick round.
Good course
The course was in pretty good shape. Pace was good. I would recommend it.
Bunkers
Need more white sand in the bunkers!
Some Bunkers had water in there and most were not racked.
Fun course
Course was in pretty good shape. A few tee boxes and greens needed some love, but overall it was a fun course to play. Was pretty unique as it runs through a neighborhood, but not like any other golf course community in have ever played in. Pace of play was fantastic. Will definitely be back
Perfect Day For Golf at Temple Terrace
Perfect weather, perfect price, perfect pace of play and perfect playing companion. Who could ask for more? :)
Love the course
The enjoy playing here. Pace is always good and the staff is always very friendly.
Great historic course
First time playing with my kids, we had a great time playing this historic course. Will definitely be back
A Course Not to Overlook
The second oldest track in Hillsborough county provides lots of character and challenge. Many of par fours require a left to right shot off the tee. Each of the 4 par three holes are lengthy and need a mid to longer iron to reach the putting surface. Most bunkers were in decent shape, though there were some ungroomed on the morning of our play. Several of the grens showed pock marks and took a putt off line. Speeds were a bit inconsistent which made finding the gain even more important.
Not that great-Not at all worth the money…
The layout was a nice old school style course. The greens were in poor shape. Too bumpy with dead spots all over throughout the whole green -not just in 1spot… it made putting the ball unfair.
Too expensive for the course conditions which would take several months to improve.
Would much rather play Rocky Point or Westchase
