Slow but awesome
The course and staff are totally amazing..great pro shop staff...
Great course,
Very well laid out. makes you think about what club to hit on most tee boxes and even from the fairway if you want to score well. If I lived nearby I would play here all the time
The only glitch was that I thought the whole payment had been taken off my credit card when I booked but it wasn't. The Pro was assured me that I had only paid the Golf Now fee. The staff at the course were very friendly and the course was in great condition. It has a good mixture of holes and hazards to keep a golfer thinking about club selection and strategy.
My favorite course on Vancouver Island
After an unusually harsh winter and late spring, the condition of the fairways was not yet up to par. course maintenance has always been good so conditions should soon be good. The greens are excellent and challenging.
The course layout is excellent as each hole is isolated and most holes are uniquely different from all others, some are quite challenging.

Awesome course!! One of the best on Vancouver Island
Some weather related issues but with the efforts of Rob & his crew & some warm weather, these Imperfections will be gone soon. This course is a "must play!"
Great Golf but Needs time to
The course is in relatively good shape considering the harsh winter months. A few holes are shortened because of repairs to fairways. In a few weeks, the course should be back to its outstanding standard.
Good layout.
The course and driving range were in great shape for the time of year. The fairways were all separated by forest. Staff was friendly, we had good time.

Fantastic course set in the heart of nature. Can play a whole round and hardly run into another golfer. Great risk reward holes that demand you be accurate off the tee. Love this course!

course was in excellent condition with fairly quick greens. challenging course for a mid handy capper.
All in all a great day of golf and a course that all should experience..
This course is in pristine condition
This course has really upped their course standards. Kudos to course superintendent
and greens keeping staff.
The condition of each "red" tee box was in excellent shape. This was a real treat.
The fairways were perfectly cut and the "Big" greens were rolling well.
The bunkers had lots of sand.
This is a challenging course for me - but I was not intimidated. I will be back !
Only downside is slow pace of play -there was no golf marshal available to oversee the pace of play.
Favourite course on Vancouver Island
This course is worth the money. It's got challenge and interest all the way through 18 holes.
Those Greens!
Wow incredible stuff! Quick but really soft...They actually hold the shot! Unlike other courses in the area this is a true 5 star course. The walk is surreal, the ride is even better. Great staff , nice practice area these guys are the best course North of Nanaimo...Hands down :)
Lovely country course!
Challenging course with tight fairways. Accuracy more important than distance. Beautiful scenery with lots of wildlife, mainly momma and baby deers.
Challenging
Course requires good drives and precise second shots to score well. Greens have a lot of slope so three putts are common.
