Fort Langley Golf Course

Nice course , I booked on golf now , great value for my buck !!

I have played this course many times. It is what it is- smallish, generally flat greens (the exceptions are difficult), scruffy fairways and poor tee boxes. A mid-week $55 price point is crazy, so the Golf Now price of $38 mitigated the sting. Nothing mitigates the clouds of mosquitoes enveloping the course. Granted, we teed off early, which led to an under-four-hour round, but it is difficult to hit shots with mosquitoes flying into your mouth nose and ears.

How about a snack shack open after nine holes? And a grounds crew that will stop the sprinklers when you are trying to tee off on the tenth?

I played this course while visiting the area. On check in no one advised of the mosquito infestation, and they were bad The T boxes were very hard and some fairways are dangerously close to other fairways. It was a long w/e and a lot of booze was being consumed on the course.
Value for money, I wouldn't recommend it.
Disappointed.

Too many mosquitos and hard to play as normal.
You better bring a bucket of mosquito spray.

The pace of play was too slow and it never controlled by Marshall.

Beautiful course and lay out. But you have to bring a mosquitos spray.

The course is infested with huge number of mosquitos.
We had to quit after 9 holes as it was unbearable to play with so many of them flying around and landing on your skin. Even anti-mosquitos cream and sprays didnt help.

Round would have been great if not for the swarms of mosquitos at almost every hole. Wouldn't recommend course until mosquitos are gone.

Course was in horrible shape. The fairway looks like a cow pasture, extremely soft and the ball sinks into the ground. The rough looks like it’s been abandoned for a year. There’s barely any sand in the bunker. The greens are rock hard and inconsistent. Course was in fine shape before covid but as the pro shop manager told me the owners have really let this course go. I feel bad for the members because it’s in awful shape. Not to mention pace of play was 4:45 which is far too slow. Overall was a waste of $55. Played at 11 am, snack shack was closed at the turn, no food cart. Left after 15 hopes. Worst golf course I’ve played in the past 5 years. Will not be back.

It’s not the course fault because the fairways are in bad shape due to the very wet weather we have had but they need to bring the green fees down until the course is in better shape

Fairway were very soggy and muddy. Some fairway were damaged by golf cart which was too wet to drive by . Hope will improve the drainage system in the future.
