Great value for a great course.
Course in really nice condition, staff extremely courteous and friendly. Will definitely play again.
Fantastic course ESPECIALLY for the value!!!
This course is outstanding. Since moving to Fla a month ago, this is the best course I’ve played so far. Conditions were fantastic-, fairways awesome and greens were smooth and true. Staff was friendly and cold draft beer in the bar afterwards was a plus!
I've found my home course!
don't know why it took me so long to fund this course. Fifteen minutes away, great layout, excellent condition, outstanding value, excellent management and staff. What else is there?
I've now done the morning shotgun start and a regular afternoon tee time. Both were thoroughly enjoyable. Today we teed off at 2pm and were done by 5:30pm. An ambassador (i.e., ranger) drove up to us on the first hole to tell us he had already arranged for us to play through the group in front of us because he thought they were slow. Where does THAT happen? Yup, Continental is going to see a lot of me. What a gift!
Craziness Squared
Booked a 12:29 as a single. Arrive at noon to no carts available and told I’m part of a shotgun start at 1pm. They have shotgun starts at 8 and 1. We didn’t tee off until 1:15 because the early shotgun wasn’t done. I’m not in a hurry so it’s fine. Course itself nice decent layout. New greens were a nightmare. NOT in bad shape at all. Rolled nice. Problem is you can’t hold a shot. Had several 9 iron and wedges Land middle of the green from the fairway and bounce 5 feet in the air and roll off the back. Had to start landing balls short of the green. For $32 it’s perfectly fine. Guys I got paired with paid $57 I’d have been livid. $35 course at best with the shotgun madness and condition of greens. Hour drive for me hard pass on returning.
Decent Course
Played CCC for the first time yesterday - course was decent. Didn't like the shotgun start one bit - waited on almost every shot so the pace of play was not good at all.
The greens were in amazing shape, were very quick, and rolled true. Fairways were ok and tee boxes could use some work. Overall this course was fun to play and was very pretty with the exception of the power lines on a few holes on the back nine. I know they have been working on getting this course back in shape and it is obvious they are definitely moving in the right direction. I am looking forward to playing this course again next year when I am back in the area to visit.
Better than most
Very pleased with course and condition. Fairways grass little thin but it is seasonal. Greens rolled smooth.
Beautiful course
Played this course a few times the last couple years, liked it then, but now they have all new greens and it's excellent.
Nice course and friendly staff
Two shotgun starts on Monday, Due to the chilly weather, there were only a few foursomes out on the course, so play was quick. Nicely overseeded, with fast, hard surface greens that could only be held with high trajectory shots. Pleasant surroundings and a fair design. Unless you hit one into a pond, you won't lose or find any balls here. The course is wide open and shots are available from just about anywhere. Good course to put into your play rotation.
Course was great but kind of pricey. Runs through a mobile home park which is fine but not what I was expecting for $45 a person. We used Golfnow but somehow the people in front of us were only charged $38 at the desk?
Hole 17 was very interesting. You tee off under these giant power lines and you can hear the electricity arching through them. Weird
Continental Country Club
Great track at a great price. The pro shop staff is always so polite, making us feel like 'members'. I'll be back!!!!
Great track near the TT Three Flags RV Resort.
Booked the afternoon tee time for like 12:30 but they do a 1 pm shotgun start which is interesting.. We started on hole 5. I played with three other guys ( The Villages) that were locals so good advise on here to shoot to was on hand.
The HOA around the course owns the course and they keep it up nice..
The big story was baseball great Mickey Mantle had a place here as the property ambassador and the stories talked of major party time when he was in town.. :) It was told to me by my golf partner.. When we approached the 8th tee box he was saying the house with the pool was MM houses.. but in talking to one of the older rangers he said it was one of the houses up by the club house on the street past the entrance gate. Fun fact of history.. !!
The course which we played from the white tee was a good challenge for sure.. its a forgiving course but has the right amount of teeth to make it fun..
When we go back to Three Flags I will be playing this course again.
Merry christmas, Happy new year and happy holidays to all..
Course in excellent conditions
Course was fun and in excellent condition. Friendly staff and lunch at restaurant was very good.
