Gallagher’s Canyon course

The course was in great condition and many awesome views were to be had from the canyon beside to the scenic hikes with nice elevation changes and excellent greens and bunkers! Each hole is pretty unique but it is worth it to pay attention to yardages to stay out of areas that will be difficult to hit such as slopes. I will definitely be coming back to golf it again!!

Love Gallaghers Canyon

I love Gallaghers Canyon for its beauty and its challenges. Lee and the staff were very accommodating and pace of play seems to be 4 hours and twenty minutes. The food on the course seems a little pricey but good.

Rude Staff - Horrible Customer Service

We have never played your course and were up in Kelowna for a few days on our 19th annual golf tournament. This was our first round and we were approached by Marshal Ken on hole 6. This was the first time he showed up. He didn't say hi, he didn't give us a soft warning....he just stared out laying into us and barked at us. He said you are 20 minutes behind your tee time and needed to speed up or he was going to make us pickup balls and skip a hole.

We played the next two holes in 9 minutes and 10 minutes. I think that is ahead of your pace of play clock. Then Ken confronted us again at tee box and just barked at us. He then just sat in his cart for the next 10 minutes and stalked our group down the fairway. We even asked him to leave us alone as we have made the adjustment and sped up. He did not even say "thanks for speeding up" or any sense of customer service.

This annoyance and lack of customer service was something that is lacking at your golf course. I wanted to share it with other golfers.

What was also disappointing is that after the round, I went into clubhouse and talked to "Eli" He interrupted me as I started to explain the situation as he said "Ya Ken told me you guys were super slow and backing up the course" He didn't apologize and was quit frankly smug and rude.

We won't be back to Gallaghers Canyon - Just wanted to share this with you as it seems no one there was concerned about the customers and nor understand customer service.

Great track

Had an afternoon time with 2 buddies, parking lot was full but never had an issue with pace of play. Course is great, all different hole layouts. Staff was very friendly from bag drop til after a bite on deck.

A real gem!

Really enjoyed my round here. I can't believe I haven't managed to play it before!

Every hole is unique - no duplicates here!

Greens were quick and tough...

I like that the homes along the property are set back from the fairways a considerable distance - they stayed out of my 'eye' - which I appreciated.

I will definitely play here again!

A beautiful setting and a great layout

I played a twilight round solo on a Friday. It was awesome! Teed off at 3pm, finished by 6:45pm. Unseasonably gorgeous weather (27c/80f) made it seem like a summer day and playing 'blind' at a course known for its challenges didn't bother me one bit.

Par is 71 and I scored a 93 so that tells you all you need to know about my game. LOL Nonetheless, the round was just awesome - such a beautiful setting with the big Ponderosa pines lining the fairways. Views of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake add to the experience and I am so happy I was able to finally play this track ($65CDN all in with cart).

Will definitely play here again and by choice, at twilight. Cheaper, less crowded, nature comes out and the best lighting of the day.

Why do they do this stuff????

I was looking forward to playing with my 2 Buddies but when we got to the course we found out that we were part of a shotgun start intermixed with a 12 hole tournament. There were not enough carts and we had to be shuttled to the range and we were barely able to meet the shotgun start while we waited for a cart. The round took 5 hours and 45 minutes and was painful. The water jugs on the course was empty and when I went into the pro shop to ask for them to be filled out, he said he would take care of it and then charged me for a bottle of water!!! Furthermore when we got to the halfway house the did not have any hotdogs nor ice. I never saw a marshall on the course. The course itself was quite nice...amazing greens but the overall experience was horrible. I did go in and complained and they took my number but I have not heard from either the head pro nor the GM

Amazing course, challenging and fun

This course gives you the hardship of playing in the woods but also gives you great views of it's mountainous terrain. Greens are true as well as the fairways. Properly maintained and operated. Highly suggest golfing this course if you're ever in the Okanagan.
