ONE OF MY FAVORITES!
Another Kootenay Rockies favorite, another visual treat!
Like Greywolf in Panorama, Trickle Creek is set at the base of a ski slope! A great set of Par 3's, with #11 being
their featured hole. Course conditions have been great, but ran into punched sanded greens this past time :-(!
Yes, its needed, but disappointing to play on. Always on our' list of courses when we visit BC.
Love Trickle Creek
I am from Manitoba and have been to the Kimberley/Cranbrook area every year since 2014. We have played all the courses in the area and Trickle Creek is one of my favorites. Love the layout and the greens are always in great shape. So peaceful playing Trickle. Trees between every fairway so you feel like you are the only group out there. Highly recommend Trickle. Just a blast to play.
worst ever condition
We have played this course twice a week during our Spring Golf Week for the last 10 to 15 years. This year is by far the worst condition we have EVER seen. The fairways were pretty good but the greens were ATROCIOUS. When we asked for a better rate for our 2nd round; sorry! It is early in the year but still when the conditions are not at peak DO NOT charge peak full rates!! This maybe the last year we play twice here!,
About Trickle
It is one of the nicest courses in the area to play.
Always a challenge, worth the time to come try it if you get the chance.
Trickle Creek Rocks!
What a great round of golf. The course was in fantastic shape. Fast challenging greens. The layout can challenge the best golfers if they "go for it" and yet still provide great fun and golf for mid to high handicappers. Great staff. Saw a cow moose and her calf and a doe mule deer and her twin fawns. Beautiful scenery
Great mountain course
The course was very well maintained, however the wind made it more challenging.
Beautiful course
Would definitely recommend. Challenging and fun. In great shape
Really awesome
Not as tough as I thought it would be. I was greatful for that. I'm from Alberta. What a treat it was to play. The greens where awesome and tricky. I'm going back as soon as I can.
signage poor
when arrived bag drop waited sometime for person to show up , looked around no instructions of area , practice green, driving range , for first time at course was confused about all. the pro shop was no help. even when I told them first time to play here. expected more of a welcome.
Time To Step It Up
This was at one time, the course to play in the area. With other new courses stepping up to the plate it has been left behind. The course itself is still challenging and in very good condition, but for the price you would expect the extra little things. They still do not have GPS on the carts, no coolers or club washers. No marshal out on a Saturday and the round was over 5 hours.
Great late season play
Beautiful and scenic course. Layout requires a lot of strategy especially for first time playing the course. I played from the whites which they were playing from the shorter white tees and found a lot of tee shots required irons or shorter woods so Driver stayed mostly in the bag. Still really enjoyed the course and look forward to a return trip now that I know what traps await me.
Trickle Creek, Still a Favorite!!
Staff and starter were very accommodating which helped with a great day on the course.
Thank You!
Beautiful
First time golfing the course. I am an average golfer so this is definitely a challenging course. There are some very tricky holes. The scenery is to die for. The course was in great condition. Definitely pricey without the golfnow discount and to be honest not sure I would play full price.
Great back 9
Great course but very difficult if you are a beginner. Lots of undulations in the fairways and the greens. Putting is difficult at best!! Beautiful conditions but wet and soft in some low areas. Overall it's a beautiful course especially the back 9.
Great value for money
This is one of south eastern BC's premier courses and with Golf Now's price, we had a great rate. The course was in beautiful shape and we were treated very well from the time we dropped out bags off. Our only complaint was that the starter did not wait much between golfers so we were pushed quite a bit until we let a group though. We are not slow golfers either (finished the 18 in under 4 hours). Still, a great experience I would recommend if you are in the Kimberley area.
Amazing
This course was absolutely amazing. It was one of the funnest courses I have ever played
Great condition
This course was in great condition and is a good challenge. Incredible views made for a great experience
A true Gem
Awesome course, a must play if your in the area. A little pricey at regular rates .
Great Golf
So nice to golf on a course where you only seethe group in front of and behind you.
