West Orange Country Club

Course was in great shape tee to greens. Very enjoyable round and played in under 4 hours. Was our first time here and plan on returning soon.

This was my first experience at this facility however it will not be my last.
Course is narrow but very player friendly and the pace of play was amazing.
Only issue is the facility is cashless and credit card only based on it's Country Club policies.
Do not let this keep you from playing this hidden gem.

I paid around $20 to play this course through a tee time from GolfNow. The course was overall in great shape and a lot of fun to play. However, the greens are extremely challenging! The combination of never having a level lie with billard table quickness make them some of the most difficult I've seen in the Central Florida area. If you are a good putter, then this place is for you! Overall, I really enjoyed my round and plan on playing here again in the near future.

The members have walk-on tee priority and hate the heavy influx of discounted outsiders. Greens and fairways playable but in very poor condition. Rumor has it that creditors could step in at anytime which would be a shame.

We try to play this course when we visit on holiday, super fast greens always in good condition well worth a visit

Little bit far from the attractions but nice old course !!

course was a good challenge.
Negative things found, very wet even spongy under foot on fairways to a position that casual water relief could be taken.
Fairways narrow with tree lined fairways, slightly off line and they will catch you. Not much room to draw or fade ball off tee.

The course is in very good shape and the greens were very fast and fair. Played in 3 hr 15 min and enjoyed the round. Will definitely come back and play again.

The front nine was a little slow(3 hours) but the marshal was on it and got things moving better on the back nine. The greens were a little inconsistent, but some of them looked a bit wet in places. Some of the tee boxes and fairways were a bit chewed up, but overall what a fun course to play. Lots of elevation changes, bunkers, water, and other challenges. Lunch came included with our deal and wasn't the best, but it was free.

We enjoyed every single hole - varying, challenging, relaxing - all in here. Greens are pretty fast. This course must not hide behind some of the prestigious Orlando courses. A good value for money as well...

pretty flat and tree-lined fairways. some were very narrow and intimidating and others encouraged driver. in very good shape with plenty of maintenance works out on duty, but polite and quiet when golfers approached. greens rolled great and were a little faster than normal. not quite as much water or sand as other courses. would play again.

A friendly greeting in the Pro-shop was followed by an excellent warm up with nice chipping and putting greens with balls provided at the range at no extra cost. The course has no hidden hazards and the greens were consistent and fast. This is a straight drivers course with tree lined fairways. If you hit into the rough you may be only able to hit out due to challenging bermuda of 3". The fairways were nice considering they are at the end of the growing season. Play it.

Terrific staff, very friendly fellow golfers, and lovely course. Our foursome played in 3 1/2 hours with no interruption. The undulating greens are very fast but consistent and beautiful to putt on. The beers on the 19th hole were cold and wet and the bar staff was super friendly. Our GolfNow rate was extremely low ($29) and enabled us to play a private course at half price.

West Orange CC is an excellent local course.

Best value I've played in years. Great location for me and great layout.

Challenging but fair. Greens were very fast, running about 11 according to the greens keeper.

Will definitely play again.

This course reminds me of Rio Pinar to look at and play. The greens have lots of slopes and are very quick. Land your ball the wrong side of the flag and you can easily three putt. The speed of play was good and we were done within three hours. The staff in the shop and bar are friendly. Look out for the carved tree in the centre of the 6th fairway . It is fantastic.

Course was in very good condition. Fast greens. Worth the trip.

Overall condition of the course is very good. Greens very challenging, quick, lots of slope. One of my favorite golf courses.

Course was fun to play. Greens were extremely fast I'll play again for the right price.

I have played several country clubs before and the friendliness of the staff was great. I also ran into and talked with some members who also were friendly and helpful. The course is a great play for me. I am an avg. golfer and played from the white tee. Course is open in a lot of spots and then gets tighter in other spots. It is a good play course and I will play it again when I'm in town. I recommend this course.

Private course great conditions, Fun round will play again. Had threesome played in 31/2 hrs.
