Course was in great shape. Weather cooperated. All in all a good day of golf.

Course has been improving over the past year. It was always pretty good but they appear to be making improvements on a continual basis.

Pro Shop info wasn't great
We arrived 15 minutes early to check in. Pro Shop told us everything was on time. Got to the first tee and was told by a fellow golfer that there was a frost delay and we would be one hour late getting on. What a surprise then another golfer told us the back 9 was closed and if we wanted to play the 18 that we had booked we would have to play the front 9 twice. None of this was told to us by the Pro Shop. We were pretty disappointed.

A lesser-known gem
Despite only having the front nine open during punching/sanding of back nine greens, this remains a challenging and very enjoyable course.
It’s tight from tee to green and the greens are large with many subtle undulations. The driving range is very serviceable.
The staff are welcoming,, and I enjoyed my freshly made sandwich.
I will definitely return again when in the area.

Great place to golf
We’re visiting friends and we’re lucky enough to stumble on to this great course. It’s a walkable course which offers a good variety of holes. It’s challenging and affordable!

Beautiful course with challenging layout
Beautiful course with challenging layout. This not just a tee it up and bang away course.
One of my favorite courses on Vancouver Island.
We've played there a number of times over the past 3 years. This year was an odd one. We didn't play our first game until Sept 22. Just one of those years. Spring was wet, summer was hot and we were just too busy. Glad we got out. Enjoyed it very much. This course used to be only 9 holes. I played on it when I was in my teens once or twice. Now being an 18-hole course it gives you the feel of old and new. Old being the closed-in fairways surrounded by lots of growth and the new 9 is a lot more open. A very nice mix. Greens were quite fast but not rock hard. It's my favorite course in the area.
