Not too bad
Good location, slow green. Not too bad. Might be the first and last time in my life

Best round of golf this year
Pace of play was excellent
Good for working on the intermediate and short game
The starter and marshal were both friendly and we were able to tee off early. Marshal mentioned that the mosquitoes had hatched so that was a good heads up. Although it had been dry for more than a week, there were areas of the course that were wet and muddy. Otherwise course was in good shape. Pace of play was excellent on the front 9 but on the back there were waits on almost every hole, but still finished in just over 3 hours. We used a promo code on Golfnow so the price was right.
Musqueam
Fairways were rough and in many places very wet. The greens were in good shape. A few challenging greens and water hazards. I enjoyed the round.
Sloooowly play
Can't believe it took that long to play on a Wednesday.
Good value with GolfNow
The course was fairly wet but value is good with golf now.
Pace of play was slow with the foursome ahead of us.

The course is in good condition.
Pace of play was slow; there is no marshall and people circulate around the course as they wish.
Not a fan
Tee boxes and greens were actually nice, but the rest of the course is brown. Dead. Hard as rock except for pools of mud. Awful.
It was a hot afternoon, but we were still swarmed with mosquitos, especially in the centre of the course.
Lots of duffers on this course. We were almost hit FOUR times with nobody yelling FORE. When we mentioned this to the marshal at the end of the course, she said that we should wait for the group behind us and "give them a piece of our mind". Yeah, that's what a marshal should say.
Anyway, I recommend Country Meadows or even Mylora in Richmond if you're looking for an exec course at that price.

Little bit hot but very nice green.
Not full play but short play, Very nice to go here.
Good Practise
The course is fine to practice your short game. Greens are in nice shape with good undulation. All the holes are straight with very little issues to deal with.
good walk, slow traffic
worst part is getting there with Vancouver traffic being what it is. staff friendly and on way quickly. course straight forward. would expect shorter par 3s but great greens
