This course was too wet
The golf shop did not tell me that the course was saturated with water before I reserved. Very disappointed with the management. The price was very high for the course conditions.
At the time the greens were being aerated and sanded but even still most players we're coming in already to the green with bogie scores. So, our group consisting of Par Players, had up a 45-minute time span from approach, getting off the green and to the next Tee Box. I attribute this to Lake Bernadette stacking tee times too close together to use the fact that they were conditioning greens so they could keep up with their earning potential. 20+ handicappers should be limited to nine holes.
No course manager
The only negative comment would be the pace of play. On the back nine play was backed up for 4 holes starting on hole ten. Slower groups would not allow you to play through. Had to skip three holes. The course should have had someone managing pace of play.
Lot's of fun
Been over a year since we've played this course and really enjoyed the round. Plan to play again soon, course greens were in great shape and the entire course has been taken care of.
Tight course tree lined.
Nice compact course. Plenty of shaping of shots required. Fairways and greens in good shape.
My wife and I always enjoy playing this course. We believe it is the best golf course in the area .
