Links of Lake Bernadette
The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Itwas only 55 degrees but we had a great round at Bernadette. Play is always at a reasonable pace here and fairways were in wet but good condition. Staff is always friendly. Some greens have bird damage but i imagine that is hard to control.
Good value for your money
Pace of play was good. Greens or a little slow. Real wet in front of all the greens. Wide-open Fairways.
Well...we win so.
Nice course - a little wet from rain and some drainge issues bt overall a nice track
Got a last-minute hot deal after 12 noon and a pace of play was very good. Course was in good shape at this time of year and over seeding should improve some of the greens. I some of the greens had a couple of rough patches but did not interfere with putting.
Overall, a great value.
Bernadette In Good Condition
Bernadette was in good condition the day we played. A couple of fairways were still wet and cart path only but not severe. Will probable dry up in a week at most.
Greens were in good shape, rolled well, albeit probably a little slower than other courses in the area.
All areas were cut and the rough was an easily playable length.
We enjoy the layout and it can play harder than one expects based on the total length.
Played this course for the first time based on reviews. Although there were some nice spots on the fairways, there were some that were not. It is a fairly tight course so accuracy is a must. There are some interesting holes. I would give it more time to recover before playing again.
Great customer service
Challenging course from the blues, not overly difficult and very fair. Good scoring holes and I like the layout. Our 3-some got around in under 4 hours. Conditions are actually pretty good and the greens are rolling well. The pro shop lady was one of the nicest people we’ve met and the concession service was great as well. We’d come back just for the service the golf was a bonus.
The fairways and greens are in very good shape. All we need are for players to repair ball marks -- yours + one more. The staff is as always, very friendly. I always enjoy playing Lake Bernadette during the dry season.
Played this course not knowing anything about it. It was a awesome layout with cool bunkering and beautifully placed water. The greens were in great shape and easy to putt on.
The course is looking good as usual. The staff and ground crew work hard to keep the fairways and greens in good shape. The layout is not terribly difficult but a good challenge for almost any golfer pick your tee.
it’s difficult to maintain course when there has been so much rain. It will dry out soon, stay out of the rough! It’s brutal. We are casual golfers and appreciate playing here. “I’ll be back”
I always play there especially in the summer, course not to busy today played a round of 18 in about 2hrs and 15min. Played great shot my first ever 98.
Good course for the money
Course was extremely wet but most in this area are right now. I really liked the layout. It was challenging and fun. I thought the front 9 was in much better shape than the back. It was almost like 2 different courses, with 2 different crews managing them. I would have given the front 9 4 stars and the back 2 for condition.
Staff was friendly and helpful and the clubhouse was nice. I will definitely return!
Good Track Gone Bad
I was really disappointed with this golf course. Although it has been a relatively dry lab today, the course remaining very wet and the ball will plug in numerous spots. Some spots on the fairway are very overgrown and practically all of the rough is overgrown. On a brighter note, even though the bunkers were in terrible shape, the bunkering on the course is phenomenal. The greens were not bad just a little slow. It is a shame that this course is in such rough shape because it truly could be a fantastic it is a shame that this course is in such rough shape because it truly could be a fantastic course.
Course is in fine shape. It can be wet after a long, rain, but quite playable right now. Played on 717. The biggest problem I encountered was that the sand traps we’re not properly manicured.
