Well maintained semi-private in EK
Played this course for the first time on early May 2015. Nice practise putting green adjacent to the pro shop. Course is surrounded by a residential area but is wide open enough that you don't feel constricted by the homes. Course was in great condition for so early in the season. Nice layout with friendly staff. Rack rates are a bit pricey and my guess is that this course favours the members in terms of number of rounds played. As opposed to other courses such as Bel Acres/Meadows/Larters where there are likely more public rounds played as opposed to rounds by members. That being said, nice course within the city .
Great course
This was only the second time playing here even though it is the closest course to my house. Most times it is hard to get a tee time here. The course was in great shape. There are some very tough holes with blind shots and on the back nine the fairways get a little tighter. The staff here are very friendly but some of the members seem a bit stuffy. You can hear them mumbling as they walk by you. All in all it is a fun course to play.
