Great Course
Rarity Bay is in great condition. The fairways and greens were as close to perfect as you can get for November. The pin placements were very challenging. Looked like a Sunday at the Masters.
With Golf Now, this course is a great deal.
Service
Felt very unwelcomed at the pro shop. He scolded us about our outfits and then told us that he would "let" us play this time. Of course all this was AFTER he took our money.
Great views
The golf course was in excellent condition. The views of the river are fantastic. Some water and sand make the course interesting.
Rarity Bay
Very nice course, was wet so we had to walk it. Long course when you have to do cart path only. Pro shop guy was a bit stuffy. Overall would drive up and play again for a good price.

This Course has some nice Features and is somewhat challenging
This was our first time playing this course and it was a nice surprise. It was somewhat challenging and had some great views. The course was in pretty well maintained condition. The only problem we had was on the back 9 it got bottle necked and the ranger came around basically saying he tried to speed up play but there as one group struggling and bogging things down.
We plan to go back. It was 1 1/2 drive for us and worth it.
Great course
My favorite in the area. Well worth the hour drive from Knoxville
Scenic views and worth the trip
30-45 min southwest of Knoxville. Beautiful views of the river and Smokey mountains. Course winds through an upscale neighborhood and has a gorgeous chateau style clubhouse. Enough changes in elevation to be interesting without becoming annoying. Far enough out to keep it from being overplayed. Greens were a bit spongy and slower than avgerage. Overall, great value and worth the drive.
Superb!
Rarity Bay is one of my favorite courses in TN. The views of the lake and mountains are second-to-none. Course is a good challenge to all levels of golfers. A few minor condition issues this round (aerated greens, water standing in a couple of bunkers), but overall a great day. I love this course.
Pleasant experience
Very good day play moved fast course is in very good condition. Greens had many ball marks.
Great Value
Played for $28 when much lesser courses were $35. Greens were a bit spongey and not a quick as usual, but the value was unbeatable for the Knoxville Area. Layout is nice with really good views of lake.
The greens were soft and receptive
This was the fourth time I've played at this course and it keeps getting better as I become more familiar with the layout. It's in great shape, especially the greens. I play at several courses in the greater Knoxville area and this one is always in the top three choices even though it is the furthest away from my house.

Excellent course
Fun and challenging course. Open fairways but still many difficult angles for shot placement. Putting green and drivig range before round were an added benefit that a lot of courses overlook. Would recommend everyone to play atleast once.

the course is in excellent shape, challenged my game and required course management. the views of the lake are awesome. the course is a bit out of the way but i'll play here again.

This course was simply my favorite so far!! From tee boxes to greens, very well maintained! The layout and views were great. And the greens were the perfect speed in my opinion! It was and extremely hot day, and we couldn't drive our cart on the fairway, but my friend and I could care less, because every hole was fun and beautiful. The rate we got from golfnow is the main reason we decided to try this course out...and I'm glad we did. We aren't serious enough golfers to pay $30+ to play a round, but golfnow makes it possible to enjoy nicer courses at reasonable rates! Try this course out, and you will not be let down!

Very surprised that the course was as quiet as it was. We had a great round, I lost by 1 shot.
