Perfect Conditions
Absolutely perfect conditions, everything was outstanding all the tee boxs were full and lush the fairways without flaw and tight and the greens rolled perfectly and quick.
Top Notch Course
One of my top three favourite courses in and around Toronto. It is definitely the one course that I could play every day for the rest of my life.
If you like a links style layout, this is a must play. Keep it out of the fescue and you can score well.
Heathlands one 3 terrific courses at Osprey Valley
What a terrific experience. This links layout is a blast to play and pretty challenging, so it's important to pick the right tees. There are so many ways you can play the holes. The fairways are generous, so getting off the tee is no problem. The strategy of when to go for it and when not to is key. When we played it, they had mowed much of the tall fescue so it was that much more playable, but there were areas you had to avoid or you were looking at a lost ball. All-in-all, though, I thought about giving this course five stars; it's certainly 4 1/2.
Keep it on the short grass
Very nice course. Played on a cool and windy day which made it tough to keep it in the narrow fairways. The rough is very deep at times, not extremely thick so you can still find your ball and make contact.
Water only in play twice, lots of bunkers which were well groomed.
Really nice
Really nice but I prefer the Hoot. But really nice...
Osprey
Have played this course from when it first opened and managed by the Henricks..my fave, more than the Pulpit or Paintbrush ! It was the first links-style up in Caledon area and remains the best. It is too expensive for me to play now, but I love it dearly .
