About
Editor's Note: Anderson Park course at Borden Golf Club was closed for business in 2017. See CFB Borden Golf Club - Circled Pine listing for the remaining opened 18-hole.
Borden Golf Club offers one championship course and also a nine-hole course. Anderson Park, the nine-hole course, was the club's original layout when it opened in 1917. The golf course has a links-style layout that is 3,209 yards from the back tees. There are more par 5s, four to be exact, on the course than par 4s or par 3s. The greens and fairways are well manicured and there are some rough areas. The golf course provides a fair challenge that is accessible to juniors, but also appealing to players of all skill levels mostly due to the very reasonable rates. A military discount is also available.

nice layout.........with challenging holes
good challenging course.many sand traps, very scenic layout with abundance of white tail deer, most holes have a mixed degree of difficulty.Fairways and greens are very undulating which had to the challenge. I would recommend this course to all fellow golfers.
Challenging but fair
Lots of room off most tees, great variety of holes both long and short. This course offers everything you want in golf challenging but fair.
Beautiful Course
This course lived up to its past reviews. It's not the closest but it's a Beautiful Course for a good price.
There's lots of Forrest to make it interesting but it has the right amount of difficulty for all levels of play.
Just know that the balls you find on the front 9 you will probably lose on the back 9. Lol
Great Course
Very nice course, nice course layout, medium difficulty. Overall a very fun course to play.
old school
Great place to test your game. Fast greens, tree lined with a challanging layout. Highly recommended.
An Undiscovered Gem!
The back nine are very challenging! At the turn take a trip into the club house and watch others tee off for the 10th. I only saw one person hit a driver off the tee and end up about 30 yards from the green. Beautiful course, in great shape!
This courses fairway is very good conditions.
This course is very good maintain and every hole
is different so ready interesting.
I had so much fun.
Course can be challenging
Its very hard to find a flat lie on these fairways. Even with a perfect shot down the middle, you more than likely will have a uphill/sidehill/downhill approach shot which is a nice change from most courses in the area.....
great course
Great course and enjoyed the round. The course is well laid out and has wide fairways and nice greens.
This course has great features
well maintained, fast pace. Some dogleg holes,
some long par fours and fairly challenging putting
greens. I liked it alot and will golf there again, diffinitely worth the drive.
Circled Pine
Great course with very friendly staff . All the staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Course in great condition. Very nice fine sand in bunkers. Back 9 has a lot of elevation and interesting holes. Par 3's are difficult. The rough is very thick grass so keep out of it. Greens are fast with lots of slopes on most - challenging. Will go again.
Great value for the money
Excellent greens.
Fairly forgiving fairways.
Par 3's are a good challenge but you can score well on the 5's.
Very friendly staff.
Good pace of play.
Surprisingly quiet for a Sunday.
Highly recommended overall.
9 holes older 9holes modern
Front nine , tree-lined rippled fairways, almost no level lies. Greens are a little small and fast, some inverted saucer and false fronts and sides, approach shots must be accurate.
Back nine, modern design with bigger greens, but still a challenge.
A good layout , and good value.
Never a flat lie
Always worth the drive. Great course for the cost. Never a flat lie.
Not IAdvised
Was not advised that we would be sharing tee time with one other gentleman that booked thru Golf Now, but over all the experience was a good one.. tks Matt
Borden's Circle Pine Golf Club
Borden Circle Pine is a gem of a course that plays sneaky long, the rough is high and they've narrowed the fairways since I played it last. The greens are small and will be fast after the topdressing grows. The bunkers are awesome with great fluffy white sand. The course was not busy for midweek, it's an easy walk if you don't get the cart special. The holes are separate and never cross paths with one another, you don't see that very ofter with newer courses.
Great track, needs signage and...
So this course is wicked, just needs some signage on our and some better Gnow directions. Ones from the app lead you to the horribly wrong area. On google maps it's call Andy Anderson, it's also called circle pines - we search Saskatchewan blvd to find it. Great course though for early conditions, would play again for the same deal in a heart beat
Too Expensive
For the quality of the course, the rates should be 30% less than what we paid.
It's too bad you were not informed, but in my experience on Golfnow, it's not unusual to be paired with others booking through it. Golf courses give Golfnow just a few teetimes to be filled by it, and that's all you'll see on the website. I hope being paired with a stranger was not uncomfortable (it can be, especially if you're a beginner...) but golf is a social game, and you may end up enjoying the experience. In my many years of booking through Golfnow as a single (here in Ontario, and in the US), I've rarely had an unpleasant outing because of that.
