Waste of money
I don’t think there’s a greens keeper missing t box pegs sand is in terrible condition greens are very poorly kept not happy with it at all
Go elsewhere
The course is being plowed under at the end of the season and isn't being maintained so the conditions are bad. It was a good course before and thanks to those that ran it and worked at it.
In general I enjoyed my game. However there is a great shortage of maintenance. Greens playable but lots of brown & dried/cracked areas. A million ball marks on every green, Lots of weeds everywhere, A lot of clover in the second cut.
Weathered course
Round started great, by 3rd hole we (foursome) were consistantly held up by a threesome that would wait forever to tee off. Waited for a twosome to get on the green or almost at the green. All three couldn't hit a tee shot more than 150 yards. No Marshal to keep pace moving! Course was suffering from a month of dry weather with extreme heat. Not likely to return here anytime soon.
First time
The greens were in horrible condition. Unrepaired divots making putting unenjoyable- same goes for the fairways. The tee blocks were also disastrous- uneven and appeared as though no one has maintained them all season. Not to mention the fact that they had the sprinklers running on their par 3 (I believe the second hole?) while we were playing… at 11am. The sprinklers circulate from the tee blocks halfway down the fairway. 75$ to play here, when it’s 75$ to play at a high end course like woodington or braestone. Will absolutely not come back or recommend.
Just OK
Just OK. I’ve golfed this course many times in the past. The course condition was down from usual. Probably because of the dry conditions we’ve had. Still enjoyable though and would recommend it.
Poorly maintained
We booked last minute 4some on a weekend so this was the only course around available. Greens bad divets galore, dead grass and weeds. Sand traps had mud. We still had fun. Sad it's turning into a subdivision.
Bradford Highlands
The course played well but the tee blocks were not maintained well. The greens were a perfect speed but riddled with ball impressions from golfers not repairing them.
Overall it's a fun friendly course that you can score well on.
