Reviews
Excellent course
Beautiful course, very well kept. Tee block options for those ranging from just starting the game to challenging scratch golfers. Staff were all friendly and drink selection was great. Would recommend and will definitely be back myself.
Avoid during COVID - Not providing Individual Carts
I recommend you avoid this course currently during COVID. They are forcing people to ride in the same cart, even though you are not from the same safety bubble.
I tried to buy a whole cart for myself to properly isolate, they refused to do this and told me I had to share a cart with another player from a city 8 miles away from my location. As such we could not play!
Don't get me wrong I like this course and it is nice. BUT they are not as concerned for the customer safety as they should be during this COVID crisis.
Great course, can't wait to play it again
Really enjoyed playing this course. I'm going to have to get back and play it again. Greens are challenging with a lot of undulations and the ball can easily roll off the sides and back.
Nice layout.
Love this course
Always a great course to play. Leaning toward there 70 pack next year to make my home course!
Excellent Course & Club
Course was in excellent condition the greens are some of the most challenging greens I have ever played on. Pin placement on every hole seem to be on difficult ridges. The group I play with regularly are not local to the area we travel an hour east to play this course. They have a round and steak dinner that I highly recommend for $55. It’s very clear that this is a very well run club they regularly have holiday tournaments that are both great value and fun. Pace can be slow but understandable given the popularity of the course. We have already signed up for another tournament and looking forward to our next round at Timber Ridge.
Still outstanding
Played there about 15 years ago and was very impressed. I’d heard it went through a period of neglect some time ago but when we played it (3 days ago) it was simply excellent all around — staff, course conditions, layout, etc.
Never Disappoints
Great round as always. Greens in good condition - greatly appreciated this year.
Good course
Heard this was one of the best courses in the area so booked a round. Good course with good layout but didn’t live up to the hype, or maybe my expectations were too high. Wife and I paid 120$ total for weekday round with carts which is very resonable. Will likely play again next time I’m in the area.
Need to Play This One if in Quinte Area
This course is off the 401 in Brighton and is worth the trip from the GTA, Kingston, or Ottawa. Parkland style front 9 followed by a links-style back 9 (more or less). You won't find a flat lie anywhere which makes this course challenging. Great value for the money.
