Fairways in need of restoring
Disappointed to see what has happened to usually nice fairways
Good but bad
Hidden lake is a great value coarse during the week that’s all. It’s still great golf but Weekends is a little pricey. Terrible tee box placements like they haven’t moved them in 10 days we had to move into a new spot because they where so damaged. A lot of pin positions where actually crowned like they didn’t roll them that day and several where actually in illegal positions.
The Conditions on many holes had lots of dead grass all over a lot in the middle of fairways.
For the money you pay on weekends for a “CLUB LINK” affiliated coarse is not worth it. Many other coarses in the area are in far better shape.
Bottom line they treat this more like a public coarse then a club link. Something as small as a ball wash they don’t have.
My cart was terrible - broke down several times. The first cart wouldn’t start and the second cart broke down..
I asked for one of the new ones and was told they cant give new ones to singles only to 2 people in same cart. When I finished round there were still 25-30 new ones that were not being used. You need to change that policy- I’ve played there for over 30 years and if I don’t get a new cart next time I won’t be back
Nice evening
Played at ^ pm and got nine holes in. It was a good round and the course was good. Better friends.
A Course in need of Maintenance!
I have played this course many times over the last 12 years and I have never seen it in such poor condition, even though I've never paid so much to play it as I have this year.
The teeing areas were in appalling condition; many fairways had large areas of dead grass; and the sand traps contain poor quality sand and numerous stones. The number of geese on the course was worse than ever and their excrement had been left to foul fairways and some greens Tow years ago a maintenance guy had a large dog which chased away the geese and significantly reduced the problem - obviously no longer around. The one redeeming feature was the greens, which were in good condition.
Needs course maintenance
Been playing Hidden Lake New course for many years. Never have I seen it in such poor shape. Bald spots on most tees, fairways and greens and a few bunkers are like cement. The first tee is all dirt. Not sure how Clublink could let it get so bad?
NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Carts are from 1970s the 4 some infront of us had thier cart break down on the 8th absolute garbage. I understand inflation but no other course is a sandwich and a beer 20.25$. Tee boxes where absolutely shredded. For 115 dollars it was definitely not worth it. Probably never going back which is a shame since it's the closest course to my house.
