Nice course excellent layout beautiful colours on the trees .only drawback was the aeration of the greens at the time of year which is normal

Some of the fairways were so rough that you did not know if you were on the fairway or in the rough. Each hole had something interesting and challenging about it. If only they could spend more money on course conditions - it could be a very good course.

Majority of greens are being repaired. Very deceiving as first two greens are playable then remaining holes have temporary greens on the fairway. Staff take your money at check in, neglecting to inform you of the course condition. Quit after playing nine holes and the course staff refused to refund green fees advising that the manager will call me to discuss some form of compensation. Manager never called. Not the first time I've had problems with a Golf North course!!

Disappointed in aero ration and not being told up front. Just played 9 holes for that reason - The other 3 with me were all singles that felt the same way.

Scenic Woods is a fantastic course with good people and above average service. I was really taken aback that I felt CHEATED.

I will be back next year and we don't always get what we aspire - But WE HAVE LONG MEMORIES.

Perhaps my worse experience ever at a golf course.

I had other options to play at today but I chose Scenic Woods. Good price as a “Hot Deal”. This is definitely a “ Not Deal “. There was no mention of any greens under repair etc.

The first three holes were fine. Greens were pretty good. The remaining holes on the front nine were all temporary greens. A huge waste of time and money

I spoke with pro shop staff... three of four players in my group quit because of the conditions. Manager would call me tomorrow regarding refund or rain check.

I had other options of courses to play today but decided on Scenic Woods. I hadn’t played there this season and now I know why.

I’m currently on the 7th hole. So far 4 greens are temporary greens. Maybe I missed it bu I never saw or was advised that any greens were temporary.

A complete waste of my time and money.

I have played SW for many years, the course layout is great and you can see the golf course does keep the greens at their best. The course fairways are dry however as I see, it does not detract from many to go out and enjoy. The staff is excellent, from check-in to service in Clubhouse, including the GM that I find engaging and friendly. The land is set on clay base and the reserve for water is minimal, hence they can only do so much. Have fun.

Tee boxes and greens were in great condition (don’t believe the break you see...) and fairways good. A forgiving course with a significant amount of wide fairways. A few really nice risk/reward holes that rewarded the conservative with birdie possibilities and forgave the risky attempts with well planned clearings around corners.

Lots of water as a fairly wide river meanders through course so know your club distances. Not sure how buggy this course would be mid summer due to the slow moving water and farmers fields surrounding the course but definitely will play there again. Quiet pleasant and friendly. Priced nicely as well...

Greens were in good condition, the fairways were terrible. Just like hitting off cement

Played for first time...read the reviews and knew what to expect...hard, dry fairways., In short, better than expected! Greens were very good.. well maintained... general layout was good...starter was very friendly and helpful..thank you...finished the round in 3.5 hours.. great round for us...enjoyable!!

We ended playing preferred lies because most ofthe time, even in the rough, there was no grass to be found. Terribly maintained course

Indoor staff service was fine, the same can't be said for the outdoor crew manning the cart station and tee off times. Spent five hours on the course thanks to no marshal, despite wall to wall tee times. Stuck as a two some behind a drunken, slow bunch of people who never should have been allowed to play, or get away with the level of maddening slow play. Course looked like a dried out British Open venue without the charm. I also find most GolfNorth run properties or businesses are all the same, and service or amenities are generally lacking at all of them...so be forewarned.

Enjoyed my round and liked some of the challenges where club choice is important.

The only thing this course has going is the Greens the fairways are desert Golf Now how can you offer this course????
Definitely not worth the money even $20 would be to much for this course just a joke very disappointed!!

fairways were absolute dog sh**, basically hitting off dirt
