The best course in the Kawarthas
Crestwood has the best bang for your buck and a really fun course to play. Challenging for returning players and entertaining for beginners.
Great Walking Course
My wife and I walked this course today and it was perfect. Not hilly and even though it is a 9 hole course, they have a second set of tee boxes which are in a completely different location that changes the look of the hole and yardage. My Garmin picked it up as a 18 hole with the tee box configuration. Course was in great shape, but that is to be expected as the weather in Ontario has been good with the constant rain. Used every club in my bag. Must play if you enjoy the walk
I love Crestwood
I stop in a couple night a week to squeeze 9 in between work and home and always have a great time, so today I brought my wife out and she really enjoyed herself too!
Course needs a marshall
Nine hole course played twice with the tee boxes in a different location for the back nine. Very cool sloping/ challenging greens! A foursome got out just ahead of us for our back nine & they spent far too much time looking for there balls every hole! A Marshall would have helped speed things up.

The course is 9 holes, but has two sets of tees at each difficulty making for 18 different holes. The only problem is that it can play very slow during busy times because you can have people shooting off the 10th and 1st hole at the same time which makes for a lot of waiting.
A good course for beginning the season
The greens are not large ... but they are in excellent condition. Since this was early in the season, the fairways were quite wet in places so a cart would have not been possible. A nice course with friendly staff
Great little course, challenging for average players. 2 different tee boxes enable you to mix it up.
Surprisingly challenging. Small, undulating greens make it difficult for average golfers to get on.
Did you ask to play through? I have found every group to be very polite and don't want people waiting behind them. In fact, most groups offer for me to go by before I get a chance to ask.
