Great value for the dollar.
Enjoyed playing Bushwood again with my buddies. Course was in great shape. Staff friendly and 19th hole ammenities up to expectations. My only recommendation would be to have a beer cart. This was my third time playing the course and not once have I been served refreshments during play. Regardless, I will definitely be returning.
Under Staffed...
Course was great and we enjoyed our round. The only complaint on this day was there were only 1 or 2 employees working in the bar and kitchen. It was a weekend and there was no beverage cart on the course that day and when we came in for a bite after 9 holes, there was no one available to make any food. For a weekend round around mid-day, I thought this was odd.
Strictly For Beginners
The Championship Course is ideal for the high handicap or beginner. It is not very challenging for a mid handicap. All new golfers learning to play should come here.
Great course, very challenging.
The course was in great shape and very challenging as some holes have tight fairways and require you to carry a creek which is in play on several holes. The greens were in great shape. I would definitely be returning as this was my first time and found it very challenging.
Decent course
Greens make the difference and were in good condition. Fairways so so. Surprisingly, not all holes limit carts near the greens. Tee boxes not flat, grass needs trimming.
Decent course, great place to work on your game
Bushwood is a decent course, a nice place to play a quick round. It's a medium level course with only a few tight holes. Not too long and the green rolls fairly true.
I played it in the afternoon. Wheezed through the first nine in a hour and a half. Back 9 slowed down as I caught up to the other groups.
Not a memorable course, but a course that you can enjoy with friends and work on the various part of your game.
Great Value
Great value , Both the clubhouse attendant and starter were extremely friendly .
I had arrived early and asked the starter if we could tee off early . He went out of his way to fit me in to the next available group
The course was in excellent shape and a challenge for this 20 handicapper

Fair golf course but is good for season starting
This course has not been changed or upgraded for many years. Parking lot is still not paved so is quite dusty. Fairway is acceptable as it is still early in the season and the grass is growing well. Not many players during our round and pace is good. This is not a difficult course and is pretty flat so walking is not a problem. Played this course mostly during early season for practice and warming up after winter as in the hot mid summer, the fairway turns into hard pan and the grass is no good but this year has a lot of rain and not too hot as well so the course is not too bad. Golfnow has good hot deal rate including power cart. Beginner and high handicapper can enjoy the course better and the price is good.
Excellent Pace.
I've played Bushwood many times before. The course still has it's few places for improvement... a few moist spots still and bunkers still need work. More sand and/or better drainage. GolfNow helped make the value favourable. We played fast (3-hours) thanks to good play and the friendly people playing the course that allowed us to play through... several groups. We played through groups on 2, 5, 8 and again on 12. Thanks guys. Conditions were decent and even very good greens. I was very impressed with the green condition and speed. A last minute decision to play Bushwood on a Sunday afternoon was a very good decision.
Greens are really good. First cut a little long hard to find ball. Some holes too close together a lot of criss-cross.
Bushwood Markham
Biggest complaint is that course not maintained well. One hole almost under water. Should have been closed. Lost an inordinate number of balls due to high grass levels on the fairway. This was so frustrating that we gave up on the 15th.
Would not recommend this course. Too expensive for the value.
Very wet
At least 6 holes were completely covered in water some holes at least 3 inches of water in fairway.
Washroom
No washroom along the course
Ball washers need maintenance and repairs
Need distance fairway markers on every hole
Golf carts needs maintenance, no power almost stalled

Pretty good value
A pretty straight ahead course. Fairly deep rough off fairway makes a lot of shots more challenging, as well as making it a bit more difficult to find balls off fairway. Greens pretty good for time of year.
