Enjoyable
Always enjoy course, well maintained variety of ways to play most holes. Tip 1st,9th,10,& 18th require your full attention. Nice woodland layout, greens not off the charts fast but roll true. Beautiful in spring summer and fall.Tucked away in rural setting, nice drive to course to let you forget about the daily hustle bustle. Restaurant on site serves good food, had a great bowl of homemade soup before
Nice sunny day :)
Course was in great shape. Greens were rolling perfect. Good time had by all !
This course was absolute garbage party time was 150 we didn't get off until 2:30 they basically ran out of power carts then on the 4th hole our power card died we were stuck waiting about 30 minutes for them to get a new one because they were out of cards they wouldn't complex any food beer or any sort of amenities for a wasted time the course Leo is absolutely garbage the greens are okay but this is an embarrassment for Golf North Course
Can’t believe they sold out
I can’t believe this nice course has been sold for housing development. There is lots of lands beside it, buy there dumquats.
Great to play here again !
Greta experience right from the staff reception . The course was in excellent shape , very challenging ! First time back in almost 20 years and happy I could play here again! Looking forward to playing here again.
1st timer
Very nice short course that is a good value for your money. Pace of place was likely the worst I’ve experienced though. Starter said they were busy since the first tee time and going out every 8 minutes there after. Desperately need to change time between from 8 minutes to 10-12. Round took 5 hrs to play
First Timer
Course was great very much enjoy it there was not food or beverages which was a little disappoint but still a great day
Amazing course
The course was amazing. The greens are in great condition. Fairways are too! Its a course that puts a premium on hitting the straight. There are bushes around most holes and several hazards. Beautiful course to play. Would play again anytime! Friendly staff.
Good Value
Course layout is great. Conditions are great. We talk a little tight but very fair. I would okay here again.
Golf North ruins another golf course
This use to be a beautiful extremely well maintained private golf course which a pleasure to play. My friends would come from Burlington to play 8 to 10 times per year. June 19th was the first time one of my Burlington friends and I played since Golf North took over operation. The greens are are full of brown stains from over fertilizing, The rough is very deep and full of dead grass clippings making ball striking very difficult. Our cart died on the forth hole and my calls to the pro-shop went to the answering machine for 30 minutes. We were playing a course member how said how Golf North is only doing minimal maintenance, because the course is owned by a housing developer and will eventually become another subdivision for people to escape from the GTA! We will not return to the Oaks.
Pro staff and starter were great Course is drying out rough is long no sign of mowers on the front nine 3 Hr nine holes.
Players spending to much time looking for there 1.00 ball in the long rough .Greens are in good shape. Fairways weren't cut. Greens personnel could have been out there. Glad to see some new stone on the cart paths where it was needed.
