Reviews
Never playing this course again
General poor attitude from the members towards green fee paying guests. One foursome of members pretty much accused me of steeling their golf ball! One or two holes on the back nine were closed. I should have been notified of this at the pro shop! There are two many course that are dying for green fee paying guests. I will spend my money elsewhere in future.
Nice Course! Good distance and Challenge!
Haven't played this course for a while. Enjoyed the length and the course was challenging with strategic bunkers even though the bunkers were relatively easy to hit out of. There was a decent amount of rain the previous day; but, with a few exceptions the course drained well. The greens were fast. Check in was quick, staff were friendly. Had a hot deal so pricing was great for the round. Would recommend this course to the moderate golfer and better.
Lovely Course
When we arrived on time, our tee time was delayed by about 10 minutes due to men's league. The pace of play was rather slow, with waits at most holes. They were busy. The starter was very easy going. The course itself was in good shape and the greens were very fast. They switch the 18th for the 9th hole and vice versa, so, finishing our 18 holes on the 9th was ok, but, VERY tough for ladies to hit across the ravine with carry over 100 yards. Even so, we thoroughly enjoyed our round. Too bad they are going to turn this course into a subdivision somewhere down the line in the next year or so.
Awesome condition
Beatiful layout, course is in great shape, friendly starter and pace of play was good
1st round @ Paris Grand
great golf course, excellent condition for early spring, lots of elevation changes, quite challenging, hope to play there again
Paris continues to please
Greens are in fantastic shape
Fairways in god shape
Bunkers need some work
Overall always a good day
challenging course
I played Paris Grand on Sunday, Sept 25, 2016. This was the day of the Mens Final Tournament, but was finished when I teed off, so pretty much had the course to myself. The weather was cool and windy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating The course is well maintained, however the grass in the rough is a little tall so sometimes difficulty finding your ball. Some very challenging holes, especially number 9, which I could not play, due to an previous injury so can only hit the ball 100 yards or so. It is very nice course but just too tough for me. .
Some nice views.
This was the second time playing this course. A very enjoyable course to play, although the pace of play was a little slower this time. Would recommend this course.
Paris Grande
Great day for all 4of us. Very good course, only exception would be hole 9 seemed unfairly difficult . Generally good all around.I hope to return.Thanks.
too bad its closing in 2 years
We got a very good deal from GolfNow and its hot deals, the course was in very good shape for the lack of rain we have been having and the staff throughout the course was great.
I would play there again in a heartbeat and recommend others try before its gone
Played 6 before rain out
Only got 6 holes in but the course was in great shape. Some holes are exceptionally short from the Silver tee blocks and better female golfers might prefer the white tee blocks. Very pretty course and great value at the Golf Now price.
not impressed- not a value
paying $45 for 9 holes in these types of conditions simply isn't fair. More like $30-$35 at most. First off, the greens are in bad shape. They don't roll true and as a previous reviewer noted and there are multiple non-repaired ball marks. Sand traps were like playing on concrete-low sand and completely hard I ended up pulling ball out and playing as standing hazard. Cart path in certain locations are uneven and somewhat treacherous. Spilled multiple drinks driving slow. Some of the fairways are in really bad shape and look like a mine field with thousands of unrepaired divots. Overall, this is a pasture. Would not play again and chose this track because of reviews since I'm an out of towner. Not too tough except for 9th hole.
Paris Grand
Great value. Back 9, some of the best holes around.
The course was in great condition
The course was in great condition with lush fairways and excellent/fast greens. The course layout was a little odd and walking would be bad option. Many holes had tight fairways and most of the turtle backed greens were too small for my liking and made play more frustrating than usual, often unnecessarily.
