Fairways and greens in excellent shape,very little waiting time, the course was very busy. Took another couple that never played course before and they agreed they would play it again.

A perfect fall day at Shanty Bay G.C.
It was a perfect fall day and the greens and fairways were in excellent shape. I had not played at Shanty Bay for over 25 years [having moved out of town] and I was amazed at how well kept both the greens and the fairways were [they were a pleasure to play on]. The pace of play was very good, also.

Disappointed in snack bar mostly closed at 7pm while course was still very busy
Course could have used a bit more TLC
But weather made up for shortcomings
My favorite course in the Barrie area
All ways friendly. Excellent value for your money. Course maintenance was excellent, considering the rain rain rain. Oh one thing on the down side, was waiting for golf carts to come back in. Got on the course about 1/2 hour late
Great course
We like the choice of playing 3 nine hole courses. Each offering different challenges and features.
Cheap golf
I had a nice round of golf here. The course was built in the 60 's and is no match to the new engineered course. It was wet here restricting some use of the cart.
