NationView Golf Course

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURSE, IN NEGLECTED CONDITION. POOR VALUE FOR OVER PRICE FEE.

Course was in pretty good condition. Wind seems to always blow there. Lots of very interesting and different holes; like the par 5 that requires a 6 iron off the tee.

Greens & fairways in good conditions, bunkers require work.

I have played Nationview many times and now that I can get GolfNow discounts it is an exceptional value. The long fairways are forgiving with a few water hazard surprises (the 14th is over 600 yards). A couple of holes will tempt you to cut the dogleg but do so at your own risk. The bunkers tend to be readily playable. Water comes into play around many greens.

A good country course, nice layout with some monster par 5s.
Its a little far from the city, If more people went I think they would fix up the paths a little and add some more signage but other than that it was a very fine course.

Course is not well maintained service is horrible waited 45 minutes for chicken on a kaiser which they didn't have a kaiser for they used a hamburger bun also they forgot my dads chicken on a kaiser so we waited another 20 minutes for his. Then we got yelled at an accused of drifting when we jammed the brakes because we almost got hit by another golf cart cause their set up is so garbage I would never recommend this golf course to anyone

The fairways and greens were in very good shape. The sand traps were too hard and couldn't get under the ball. Some holes did not make sense such as the 13th hole, which is a par 5 but I could not hit more than a 9 iron off the tee to get to the corner, before then being able to hit a 3 wood.

a bit of a hidden gem, off the beaten track but not by much. played it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. great shape, most greens in great condition - all were slow. fairways well maintained. a lot of walking between holes - take a cart - not expensive. some challenging holes. lots of water - hidden holes were especially tricky the first time. played after 2 pm. cheap and decent quality. not very crowded. Excellent course for beginners and average alike.

what i like about nationview, you can use a driver on almost every hole even on the par 3 18th hole.only on one other hole you can use it but your safer if you dont.the greens are kind of slow and hard to get a feeling for.the bunkers sand could use a refreshing.

The fairways are very well delineated and are helpful in adjusting your alignment. The greens are beautiful and somewhat fast. This is a course that demands good shot placement as there are several hidden areas on approaches to greens. Very challenging for a high handicapper as the par 5's are fairly demanding.

The course is nicely laid out with holes that utilize all the clubs in your bag. Greens were very clean and in immaculate shape. There are many obstacles on this course with lots of water and sand in play to create additional challenges.

No flow to the layout. they keep the greens longer than I keep my lawn. I have better growth on my lawn too. fairways are indistinguishable from rough. too bad, staff is nice and prices are cheap. not even with the money though....
