Legacy Course - Signature Par 3 8th Hole Photo submitted by u862699574 on 06/25/2019
Legacy course
Played at 2:30 on Aug 14/22. Very enjoyable round. First time playing the Legacy course. Overall a good track. Some areas need to be more landscaped/defined (for example 2nd shot area on the right of hole #2). Also the bunkers I and my playing partners were in hardly had any sand in them, making a good recovery impossible. Many also had numerous stones in them. 1st tee is way out from main clubhouse, so a power cart is mandatory. Many of the greens have some severe slopes and some of the pin placements were too aggressive. Overall a good course for the money and it will only improve as it matures.
Terrible experience
I was joined with a threesome at 2nd hole who started 10 minutes earlier than Tee off time. I was told made to share the cart against my wish and that of the other player.
Very slow pace too.
I quit after 9th.
I was refused a raincheck.
Horrible starter and worse staff at the front desk.
Never again
fast and challenging greens
had a great day course in excellent shape, and the pace was quick!
Painfully Slow
Have played here many times and enjoy the courses. This time was horrible. No marshall at all. Group in front spent 30 minutes on the first hole. Everybody starts somewhere but at $100+ per round, there should be a Marshall to move people along or tell them to pick up their ball. They were clearly learning how to play golf. One fellow in dress shoes and a dress shirt being taught how to hold a club.
Gave up after half an hour and started on the second hole. Round still took over 5 1/2 hours which is not acceptable on a Friday afternoon.
Poor signage
Poor signage and hard to follow layout. Many golfers were lost after 15th hole Par 3.
It's confusing to find 16th as you have to double back else if you follow the cart path you will cross to Legend
Great day for golf on Legacy Course
Awesome to see pave cart paths now. Prior to this I would leave with a dirty dusty golf bag great upgrade. Course was in mint condition, sand was great, greens ran nicely. Divots were well maintained. There was ZERO reason to not enjoy golf on this day everything was perfect. I have played here many times and will be back many more. Bit of a safety concern approaching the bridge at hole one on Legacy it can be very slippery on rainy days even this day when it was totally sunny the cart skidded and slid. May need a few more speed humps there.
Tuff track
Legacy is tricky, not for big beginners thats for sure.
Narrow fairways means you have to be hitting them super straight that day or it gonna be a rough day! Rough is deep and thick be warned.
