Great course for the price...
The course itself I love. Golfed there plenty of times. The only complaint I have, theres never any Marshall's around and never any cart with drinks that go around the course. I usually golf there in the late afternoon when it's not as busy. We golfed on a Saturday at noon and the pace of play was very slow. Found out they book tee times every 8 minutes. Took us 5 hrs to golf a round when I know we could of done it in 4hrs.
First time back to this course in a few years. Conditions were VERY wet - but this was somewhat expected after a few days of heavy rain. In addition to poor drainage, the fairways could be better maintained and closer cut. Otherwise the course was in decent shape. Pace of play was surprisingly very good.
Tee Boxes were dry. Probably because of the Hot Summer
This is a great course.
The greens were in great shape. Pretty wide open course. Not too challenging. A couple laggers in front of us so a bit of waiting but overall it was a great course to golf.
Really enjoyed it
of course with this dry hot weather the course could use some rain, but they keep the greens in good shape. We really enjoyed it. The views of the Gatineau hills are spectacular. not a tough course but still there spots to get in trouble. We'll go back for sure.
Very scenic and enjoyable
Very nice course set against the Gatineau hills. A good challenge for intermediate level golfers with a fun mix of straightaway and difficult approaches. Greens were in very good condition despite dry weather and heat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was practice area where each golfer was required to pay ($8.50) instead of sharing ( but unlimited balls). Would definitely play again.
The course is nestled right along the Gatineau hills which has a great view and not to far for people living in the Pontiac.
Plus they have one of the best hamburgers ( the Kingsway Burger ) I ever had.
You must try it.
Great course for our money
Had a wonderful day at the Kingsway...Very kind lady at the Pro shop. Course in great shape...pace of play was a little slow but lots of players on the course. The tee off times are mabe too close together. All in all a great day!
