Spoiled to be so closs

This course is an absolute gift to our town. The beauty of the course is almost always on display, the work the crew puts in is evident. And for the price you pay you can be quite happy with all the work put in. Rain stops for no man and the madge lake maintenance crew doesn't stop for the rain, they will be out there day of it seems clearing new hazards that cost all of us money and an enjoyable golf experience. The course is CHALLENGING as the other review failed to explain, it's not for the faint of heart, kamsack has an easy and safe 9 hole for the types that get too mad when they lose a ball. You will lose a ball here, it's part of the experience. It's so much fun though, it's so well taken care of and it's a wonderfully inviting clubhouse. You come for the golf and stay for the food as they have an exemplary staff in both the clubhouse and the kitchen. Drinks are good food is better, people are amazing and the golf is top quality.

Way too tight

I hate courses like this. Way too many super tight holes with nowhere to bail out. Terrible course design. Perfect example is #13. It's a par 5 but you can't hit driver because the landing area is so narrow. Then you have a blind shot to a green around a corner and down a hill. You have to drive all the way up to see where the heck your supposed to hit. Only hit one driver all day because of the tight fairways. Pass

This makes me chuckle. It's why they have the 9 hole in town, this course asks you to choose between shot shaping and distance or a straight shot and a sure fairway. People have to check their ego and hubris or else they're losing balls
