Needs water
Course was a pleasant surprise. Greens were above average and fairways were better than in years back. The only problem I see is that they are using just enough water to keep fairways and tee boxes alive. Course will probably be unplayable mid-July.
Good impressions
Pretty good course in excellent shape considering the weather conditions
Nice course
This course would be terrific if it wasn’t so hot.
Not course fault but made it tough.
Great for price
Greens are a little spotty but roll very well.
Drink cart makes the rounds so you won’t die in the heat.
Marshals do their best to control pace of play.
I will be back!
Rain has helped out alot
The greens are back ( just a few spots on a couple greens need attention), grass is growing. Hope they keep getting rain!! Good time on a fun track

Definitely worth the low green fees perfor a Sunday morning. Courses in good shape, not great. Definitely worth the $50 we spent
Felt like we were in Northern Michigan!
I love all of the tall trees throughout the course! The front 9 was carved through woods and a great layout. The back 9 was more populated with houses along the fairways on every hole. Pace was very slow with no starter managing people teeing off. We were over 10 minutes later than our tee time when we got off the first tee. The front 9 took 2:30 to complete with waiting on every single hole. The back 9 was the exact same. The course was in solid condition. Some greens and tees had sandy areas and some other areas had wet spots from recent rains and poor drainage. Overall it was a beautiful course that was worth the drive from South Houston.
Course needs attention
Was visiting town so did not know the courses well.
The course was wet, and CART PATH ONLY despite there having been no rain in 24 hours! Pace of play was slow (certainly CPO contributed)
Conditions of the greens were not good, and very slow. I brought a customer for golf, and several times he said "I am missing work for this?"
As an upside the people seemed nice, and we had a decent lunch in the grill/pub.
Seems like time has passed this place by a little and it needs some TLC.
Nice and clean everywhere. greens are good, sand box, fairways are all good.
I can tell they working hard to keep course better.
