Worth the money and time
Great track. Played it 25-30 mph gusts, but outside of that what a great , fun course to play!!
I'd return in a heartbeat!! EVERYTHING was a positive experience!!
Pksy it.....you won't be sorry!!
Once again, another great round!
Every time I visit Las Vegas I play this course! The course isn't terribly difficult, which is good as i'm not a very good golfer. It does however challenge you, and allows you to take risks. For a bogie golfer, this course is a MUST! Grass was green, fairways were beautiful, the greens were fast. I highly recommend this course to any golfer that wants a fun round, with friendly staff, and a beautiful course!!
Silverstone
Overall a good course and a good experience.
Only criticism was that there were no yardage markers or GPS in the carts, so there was a lost of guessing on yard ages.
Great course conditions
The greens and fairways are in very good shape. The views from the mountain course are spectacular.
My bag fell off the cart and broke my 5 wood. The pro in the shop said it happened to someone else and said he would have it fixed. He was great about the unfortunate incident.
I would suggest overhauling the straps on all the carts. Other than that I love playing here and will return.
Nice
Very nice course, enjoyed the round, greens are fast & hard to read
Fair
I've seen some of the prices for this course online. Make sure you get a good discounted rate as this was not a $100 per round golf course. The staff was great but, the course was more like an upscale muni course. I would have been unhappy if I had paid a premium price.
good greens
greens are quick and true. Fairways were great.
some carries off the tee
Not like it used to be....
This used to be a great track and since I shot my all time low of 69 there it will always be special to me. Staff is great as well.
However, now the course is now in poor shape. Hodgepodge of failing carts. Water hazards are dried up or nearly empty. Every type of grass and weed can be seen growing in varying lengths from tee to green. Entire course is now poorly kept. Never saw one landscaper the entire round. It's a sad advertisement for the owner of the course which is a landscaping company. Play here if it's under $25, set low expectations, and you'll walk away at best saying "ehhh."
course
The fairways were not mowed. It was like hitting out of the rough. Greens were fine. Gps front 9 didn't work had to change carts at turn.
Friendly staff
People very nice.
Course was a little dried out but acceptable.
Best value in Vegas
Can't beat the value. Played a great course for $20.
Disappointed
Some places on course just poanna and clover, greens do not break like they look, they just don't break, had foursome laughing at some points. Staff rushed you through like you were a part on assembly line. GPS never worked on cart. At the turn a Marshall rudely and accusingly asked us if we knew about a broken window at a house. Not concerned about our experience. Houses hugged fairways, some backyards ten feet from fairway. Loud talking on patios disturbed golfers on tee box. The guys at bag drop were the best part of service. Over all, it was like a $40 public golf course experience, a let down for Las Vegas golf.
Not what it used to be!
It's unfortunate that they have let this course go down hill. It used to be so pretty. One of the nicest features of this course were the water features - now they are all dried up. The greens were patchy. What a shame.
Great course for the price!
Overall its in pretty good shape, although the GPS in the two carts I had didnt work.
Fun to play this course !
As a group coming from the Pacific Northwest we love to play here. The fairways are green and lush. Greens are in good shape for golf in early March. Fairways are wide and the rough will test your best shots. GPS on the carts help to speed up your playing time. We have played here the last three years and the staff have always been helpful and courteous. We look forward to playing there again.
Course staff was excellent
Arrived at the course ahead of time but seemed all staff went out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Pace of play was perfect and course was in good shape.
Nice course, nice weather=Excellent Day!
This 27 hole course has a nice layout, friendly staff and is in great condition. Fun to play!
Nice Greens
staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The GPS was not operating in our cart. The cart ran out of power on the 15th hole and we had to push it back to the clubhouse.
Nice Course
Nice course, in good condition. Friendly staff, nice clubhouse. As with most Las Vegas area courses, plenty of natural terrain for your ball to land in. Pack a old iron along to hit out of the rocks or you may want to buy a new set of irons before your next round.
