Coyote Creek Golf & RV Resort - Coyote Nine Course
About
Coyote Creek Golf & RV Resort is located an hour outside of Calgary and Red Deer in the shadows of the Canadian Rockies. The golf course is made up of two nines, the Deer Nine and the Coyote Nine. The Coyote Nine came second in 2008 after the Deer Nine was constructed in 2005. The Coyote is slightly more challenging, mostly due to its greens. They are the golf course's most memorable feature, known for the dramatic slopes and undulations that range from subtle to dramatic. The greens are also often flanked with strategically placed bunkers to make them even more intimidating. The challenges of the Coyote course are balanced by wide, player-friendly fairways that provide some room for error. The first three holes feature water, most memorably on the par-3 fourth hole, which features the resort's namesake creek.

A great round!
You'll have a tough time finding a better course for the price. Come prepared for a challenge.
Hidden gem in central Alberta
Nice 18 holes 3 km south of Sundre with a grass driving range.
Coyote Creek, Sundre Alberta, Canada
This is a great course to play. Lots of trees surround fairways but most are wide open fairways. Several water hazards and many bunkers make it a great place to play a regulation 18 hole.
Great condition
Pro shop staff was extremely friendly. Course had been flooded and was closed for 6 weeks.. you couldn't tell. The fairways were in excellent condition and the greens as well. We had a great visit to this course
