Enjoyed playing this course
Nice course and I would play again, good value, fairways are wide and open, sand traps well groomed, and greens are in good shape. Not a premium course and many locals play here.
Only drawback was you can't physically walk the course because back 9 is in a drainage draw that only allows one hole width. I never saw a layout like that before.
So you play a hole and then drive 400 yards and then play a hole and drive 400 yards. Kinda weird...
But a great staff ... super friendly. Nice course conditions and nice golf carts. Had a ranger and bev cart even though it was 109 degrees and only a third full of players. I would definitely go back!
Good course great value
This course is always fun to play and very forgiving. Fairways can be a little hard at times but the greens roll well. The staff is great and always friendly. Charity on the beverage cart gets around the course often and is always smiling.
My play at Silverado
I have played this course several times. Always a very nice staff, good conditions and moderately challenging. One thing I would mention is that the landscapers are everywhere and they really dont stop when people are about to play. A bit annoying. Other than that, the course is in good shape, good pace of play for the most part and good value for the money.
Front side pace fine back side very slow
Ranger was present but never urged players to pick up pace
Disappointed he didn’t get groups to pick up pace
Nice conditions. Slow play.
Course was beautiful and greens were in good shape. Groupings were tightly scheduled and got pretty slow on the front 9. Would play again.
I love Silverado. Great course, always in good condition however I feel it’s over priced when compared to other courses like Camelback, McCormick Ranch. $55 for Silverado at 11:40 is too much, $40-45 much more acceptable range for the course
