Course very playable even when wet
There was a light rain in the morning I played. The course was not crowded at all and we moved along very nicely. Puttts still rolled true despite wet conditions. But there was still some fertilizer or top coating on the greens which. Slowed putts down and required constant cleaning of ball and putter. Aside from that and getting a bit wet, it was a great day and course was in very good shape.
Bureaucratic nightmare
Course is ok, but not worth the headache of dealing with the staff. Setting aside the elitist vibe, the pro shop attendant and starter would contradict each other and then accuse me of lying about what the other said. Multiple times. Life is too short to deal with that.

Predatory practices, Unprofessional “pro” shop staff
Poor value, rude customer “service”. Beware of predatory policies. No rental clubs and rule against sharing clubs. Not informed until check in for the round.

Great as usual
Not much else to say other than a great course layout , great customer service, so it’s all a master class in how to run a course. And remember this isn’t a country club although you are treated like a member.

Excellent as usual
By far this is the best course in NH on golf now. The design, course condition, staff are all top notch. Risk reward golf Donald Ross like- old school designed course.

Even though carts were restricted to paths due to recent rain, still had a round under 4:30. Weather was perfect.
