Anyone who's ever play a J.N course before will be familiar with the type of design where every hole has it's own unique setting.
A course everyone should play at some point, a mixture of pure beauty and golfing challenge, no one hole can be singled out, all 18 are perfect in their own right.

The course is beautiful. Course condition is excellent. I play again soon.

Wonderful day out in Killeen today. The course was beautiful and in great condition. Pity we didn't play well, but that's not the courses fault. Very challenging and when the wind blows - long.

Green are lovely and very undulating, so pick your spots.

We played Killeen Castle for the first time and it won't be our last. Lovely course that is in great shape. The greens have a lot of undulations on them and you need to hit the ball on the right level in order to score well. Long walks between holes - typical of Nicklaus' courses but you don't feel rushed and can focus on your game. The staff were terrific and made us feel very welcome. Really great course for the golfnow discount!!

Great course, presented in pristine condition. Up with the best that I have played both home and away.

I thought the grounds were fantastic and there's hardly a golf hole that you can see beside another one. The rough was not impossible to play out of which meant that the course was definitely playable and we really enjoyed it. I would say it is a hidden gem which like most courses in Ireland suffers from bad financial times.

Found the course in excellant condition and very challenging . Rough quite forgiving.Most enjoyable walk .Staff in clubhouse very nice and helpful.Looking forward to playing again very soon.

This is a great course, challenging but not too hard for the beginner but Challenging enough for the advance.

Only complaint would be the houses on the course, I really want one now :)

Loved this Course,although we had rain on the 1st tee box the weather picked up and we had a great day on this course,the greens are very challenging,one of my friends had spotted a nice putter in the pro shop that belonged to the guy behind the till when we asked him was it a good putter as my friend had wanted to purchase one but wasn't sure he came out and gave us a putter lesson to see if it would suit us which was a nice touch,very friendly staff and overall loved this course and will definitely be back,

Course was in great condition apart from the greens recently being sanded.
The pro in the shop was very friendly and could not do enough to help.
A welcome surprise was a pot of warm soup as you come off the 9th green which cost just 2euro per cup.

played on a bright november day, course is a great challange to all level of golfers. a must play course. super lay out with deep bunkers surrounding tricky greens. club house and facillites fantastic. please make sure you play this course.
