this is a must play if you are in the area -- terrific layout but take a buggy as its a tough walk. it has had its financial problems but hopefully it has turned the corner with a new owner. Do yourself a favour and play here, you wont regret it.

Do not miss the chance to play here!

An absolutely stunning course.... I would advise taking a buggy as it is very uphill, down dale and from green to tee box on some holes is quite a distance. I have played Druids Glen but this beats it hands down in my opinion. We played a four ball and all of us loved it. The course was in great condition and definitely not a "gimme" . Green fees with buggy came to 40 euros each which is a steal. There is no real clubhouse as such but the beautiful village 100 metres away offers every thing a golfer needs after a round. 10/10.

Excellent Course

I would recommend Macreddin to all golfers, it is a fantastic 18 holes with great variety. It is a tough course but rewards good shots, it is always in excellent condition and the greens are some of the best I have ever played. I wold advise getting a buggy as this course is built in a valley so there is a lot of climbing up and down to be done, however they have suburb deals on buggies so take advantage of them
