Great Course

I have golfed at over 200 different golf courses in the world but the Strokestown Golf Club staff was by far the friendliest and accommodating staff I have ever seen. They (and all the other local golfers we encountered on the course) went out of their way to make our round enjoyable. We were from out of town (California) and they managed to get a left handed loaner set for me to use.
The course was challenging, and the greens and fairways were in tip top shape. I will definitely play this course again when I return to Ireland.

Tough holes

The course was not too long, but is was soft and there was mats used on the fairway, which was fine. Holes were interesting and some were quite tough.
