Great Layout…Long Round
Pace of play was very slow. Bunkers and numerous green side areas need attention. Great facilities and layout. Pace of play needs improvement…70 year old men pushing cart bags Made for a long day!
Great condition
Finding a course in this good of shape this summer is awesome. Greens, tee boxes, and fairways are all in really good condition I will be coming back.

Beautiful day. Awesome Marshall. The course was in magnificent shape. Took 3 buddies for the first time. They were very impressed. Will be back

Beautiful Course
What a fabulous golf course with nice amenities. Greens were a bit dried out but they still putted well. Fun Hill Country course to play with some gorgeous holes. Any golfer will enjoy this layout. Somewhat backed up on a few holes but still completed the round in 3.5 hours.
Worth The Drive
Fun course. Good Condition tee to green. Friendly staff. A little course knowledge is helpful. One hour from San Antonio. Well worth the trip for the golf and Fredericksburg, etc. right there too.
Excellent course - highly recommend
Facility is top-shelf. Club house is beautiful - grill is closed on Monday's. Range is excellent. Now the course if very nice - fairly fast greens - greens hold approach shots - some water and sand which adds a degree of challenge. Fairways were in great shape as were the greens. Fun course to play and we will be playing it again. Pace of play was not an issue and carts were outfitted with auto range indicators and other applications to help the golfer have a fun and informed round. All-in-all a very impressive municipal course.
Have to book two players
I waited till the last minute on the tee off app to book my tee time so it would let me book a single player tee time. Usually you have to book two players at a time which is very inconvenient for me. I would play a lot more if this was a option all the time. It’s a bit pricey for the condition of the golf course. Staff is very friendly. Range balls are cheap. Course layout is a little weird but challenging. Hole 7 got me. All in all a good time I caught up to another single player and we finished the back 9 together. Good times. I recommend this golf course.
Hill county’s park golf course
Beautiful course with amazing value. The hill country is great, greens challenging, and fairways and tee boxes top notch for municipal course. Will certainly be coming back.
