One of my favorite finds

The Club de Heritage didn't give off the best first impression from the road when I played it in 2013. The parking lot was empty, and the clubhouse is a bit of an odd shape (it's more of a lodge with rooms than a traditional clubhouse). The tiny pro shop in the basement feels like an afterthought. Once you get out into the woods past the awkward first hole, this place comes to life. The course roams a gorgeous piece land. Thousands of tall pines and evergreens line the fairways, framing some unique holes. The finishing holes on each nine require the same daunting uphill tee shot. If Club de Heritage was closer to Montreal or Ottawa - and not so lost in the wilderness between the two - it would probably get some nice rankings and recognition.

A golf course to discover!

This golf course is located in the beautiful Outaouais region and is surrounded by mountains and valleys, which make this 18th-hole very challenging. If you are looking for a course which every hole is different, you'll be served! The design of the course and the view from some of the tee-offs are spectacular and breathtaking. You'll have difficulty to stay focus on your game with the beautiful landscape surrounding the course especially during the fall, when the leaves are turning from green to yellow, orange and red! Simply magnificient! This course also offers hotel accomodations, pro shop, snack bar, and a restaurant.
