July swamp
It hadn't rained in 7 days, yet many of the fairways were swampy, leaving cart tracks and mud everywhere on the course. We were very puzzled about the amount of water on the course considering the constant triple digit temps for 7 straight days and no rain.
Greens & tee boxes were fine, but the amount of unplayable fairway / first cut of rough due to oversaturated ground was very frustrating.
Thank goodness for Emily being very present on the course to help offset the course conditions and pace of play. The group in front of us were playing from 3 different tee boxes and studied the greens as if they were playing Sunday at Augusta.

Overall, course and greens were in improved condition compared to previous visits. Staff here is always friendly. There was no course marshal, which would have aided in moderating the groups in front of us who drove on the greens, another group who played with no shoes and littered on the course, and overall, better managed the proper pace of play.

Greens
The greens are avg rest of the course in great shape and service is fantastic especially the the restaurant service

Last Time Playing Here
I won't play this course ever again. Especially at $75 a round. The clubhouse has been under renovation for far too long. The air vents above the bar haven't been cleaned in so long that they and the ceiling around them are completely black. It's very nasty. The course has far to many areas that are missing grass leaving you playing off of bare dirt. All of the tee boxes and green were in terrible shape. Some greens were so bad you were basically wasting your time trying to putt. The golf cart was terrible with breaks that barely functioned. I should have just quit the round and asked for my money back.

Run down
Clubhouse looks like it is in a remodel that never finished. Greens weren’t mowed. Some still had few on them. The others had so many worm holes that your ball just bounced across. 7:08 tee time and no one was there to open except one kid ruining carts and golf shop. Tee boxes were trash. Not sure last time they were mowed. Will not go back

Fast greens, very slow pace
Course was in good shape. Played with my son. But those playing in front of us, (2players) and 2 in front of them, we’re extremely slow, taking multiple shots from the tee and the fairway, knowing we were waiting. Someone should have warned them of pace of play.

Plantation
Fun layout. Some patch greens and som tee boxes under repair. Great deal with golf now. No way I would pay $72 to play it. Not worth the price
