Greens are in great shape
These were some of the best greens I have played on in a long time. While their clubhouse is a little dated, there is plenty of room to sit around and tally your bets. They could elevate the "off-course amenities" rating by having TVs that work to watch the US Open after the round.

Solid course for its price
I was surprised of the conditions considering it was only 28 bucks. Greens were rolling nicely (just a bit slow which is usual at this time of the year). Overall conditions were really good. Great value course and nice little challenge. Fairways are mostly wide open with a couple of fairway bunkers that come into play. Greens are small which demands accuracy on your approach shots. If you can get to play under 30 it’s a bargain.

Fun course. Pace of play was slow, but given it was a holiday weekend it was perfectly fine.
Great value for the course and the amenities.
