Rude Staff
Greens are nothing but sand and the the older guy with glasses in the pro shop is just plain rude. Played out there a couple times this year and both were bad experiences. Won't be going back.
Highly Recommend
I would highly recommend this golf course. It is not brutally difficult, but a fun and relaxing course with many challenges. The greens are large and challenging.
Eagle Hills Impression
This is my first time playing at Eagle Hills. The course is in nice shape. There are a few issues with ball marks on the greens, but overall it is in good shape. The pace of play was good for most of the holes. There was some waiting time on some tees.
Slowest round ever
I understand it’s October and golf season is pretty much at its end around here but the pace of play was ridiculous. Took 4:45 to play a round. Shouldn’t have to finish in the dark when we started at 2, even this time of year. Even if it’s just one, get a ranger out to make sure people aren’t teeing off par 5’s when the group in front is walking off the green. That pace was just absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully the spring season will see some adjustments to course policy.
Great
The front 9 is open and much more forgiving off the tee. The backside tightens up and gets more challenging. All the bunkers were raked out and the grass lengths were cut as they should be. This course is much nicer than some other courses around town. I’d suggest anyone who wants a great course at a good value go play it
