Awesome course
Incredible views. Lots of elevation and challenges.
Played Rivers course, was very impressed with entire course conditions
The layout was nice, have a links course vibe to it. Lots of water. This course was wide open and sitting in a valley there was a lot of wind in my face. Very challenging if your not use to these conditions. I lost a lot of golf balls because of this. I struggled badly but I’m sure other people on the course were doing good. This is not for me but who am I to judge. The only way I would play here again is with friends who never have played here and if I can battle the wind on my own.
Very pretty course
We enjoyed the course . Nice layout. The course was in excellent condition. Other than having to stay on the cart path because of it raining overnight.
Great course
This is a great course. It is very challenging from the back tees.
Nice Course
The course is in good condition except many of the fairways have recently been aerated. This was not noted during booking. Overall, the course is in good condition.
Excellent Course
Very nice and challenging course. It was fun because you use all the clubs in your bag.
Great Course
Excellent course in amazing condition. Hats off to the ground crew. Staff was super friendly. Will be coming back to play
Great course!
Great course and in great shape despite the rain of the previous 3+ days!
Good track- slow
Good condition and test. Greens were slow from overnight rain. Corse was full resulting in 5 hour round. Good food cold beer and ALL personnel very courteous. Best daily fee course in the area.
Starting to green up
The river course greens were just punched 4/30/18 making them impossible to putt right now but given a couple more weeks will be back Got a great deal thru golfnow and enjoyed the round This place is tops just dont pay full price till it heals up Great friendly staff
Plays longer than you think.
The lower 12 holes of the course along the river are very windy a lot of the time since there are few trees or hills to block the wind. The day I played it was cartpath only.due to wet conditions and the greens were still recovering from airiating. The pace of play was ok and the staff at the caddy shack were very helpful and friendly. I play this course a few times each year and enjoy the challenge. When you cross the road there are 4 holes that are in the hills and trees Which gives you a substantial change up. 17 and 18 are outstanding finishing holes. Try it, you'll like it
Fun Course
Fun course to play. Quite a bit of water and gap carries so club up may be a good choice. Would definitely play again when in the area.
Awesome
Had an awesome time. I was paired up with a college student from University of Tennessee and had a great time.
This course has a Great layout.
By having two courses at Sevierville Golf Club makes this an outstanding facility. Go play this course, good for the money.
Great shape for winter
Course was in excellent shape after two days of rain greens rolled true and held.
Great experience!
Very nice pro shop and restaurant staff! Starter got me quickly. Course in good shape for January!
Check the 18 you book
I love the River course at Sevierville! I got a $16 hot Deal and got there to find they were trying to switch me to the Highland course. Now, I like it too, but I booked River on GN. To be fair, they said we could play River{ which we did}, but no maintenance had been done in a week! Why sell tee times if you’re not gonna maintain the course? Greens were a little shaggy, but so what.....Play it if you get a chance!!!!!
Decent price with Golfnow
Fine course, excellent condition, staff friendliness, and good pace. Cost more than I'm willing to pay at regular price, but thanks to the "Hot Deal," I got to play an enjoyable course.
the river is usually open for 2 weeks then closed and the highlands is open for two weeks its pretty standard for the winter time here both courses are top notch for this time of year in my opinion
