Love playing this course. Greens had been rough all winter (to be expected), and just got through aeration and aeration recovery. Played April 1st and the greens were rolling as fast and true as any public course i’ve played before. Fairways and traps are still coming around but the greens made the round incredibly enjoyable. For a short 9 hole course, you don’t get a better bang for your buck than the $17 hot deal. 5/5 will continue to come back!
Love This Course
We play here often, and always have a great time. Friendly, accommodating staff!
Course is decent - be careful booking through GolfNow
Booked through Golf Now a few times and have hit a few snags. This is a 9 hole course, and it does not allow you to book for 18 if you wanted to play through twice. Additionally, the GolfNow reservations come with a cart, but they stop renting carts at 5:30. I had a 6pm tee time and the Pro gave me a cart but told me to be back by 7. I was only able to play 7 holes before returning.
Worst Golf Etiquette I've Ever Seen!
this was the first time my husband and I had golfed this particular course. We just moved to the area and played 3-4 times a week at our previous location. GolfNow let us reserve a tee time during a Senior Men's scramble,, which it shouldn't have done. Upon arrival, the very nice lady in the pro shop was very confused about us being there because the time was supposed to be blocked off. She worked us into the rotation and we teed off on Hole #1. Course was in good shape and everything was great until Hole #7. Ny husband teed off and then a golf ball landed close to the tee box on Hole #7 from a golfer teeing off on Hole #1. Then, a second ball appeared. Two men in golf carts appeared on the path. Thinking that they had made a bad shot, I motioned for them to come get their balls. To my shock and amazement, They both hit their balls down the #7 fairway. I finally teed off. At this point, they had effectively cut in front of us. When they got close to the #7 green, they shot towards the #1 green. (The 2 holes run parallel.) We had made it to hole #8 as they were finishing up putting where one of the guys claimed to have made par. When we got back to the clubhouse we overheard some conversation from some of the guys who were going back out that indicated that what we experienced was common and deliberate. Management needs to step in and address the problem.
Staff excellent to work with. Greens in very good shape
Links at rainbow
Greens and fairways very good condition. Challenging from tips to reds but fair. Will play here lot more.
Great course, especially for the money
First time playing this Links course. Have played most of them in NWA and this is definitely one of the better ones and has less traffic than others. All of the holes were pretty straight, so if you’re on your game, you’ll have a great time at this course! Greens were pretty tough with bunkers around them, but everything was in great condition. 5/5 would recommend!
Nice course -tight space
The course was a great condition. The staff was friendly. The greens rolled true and quick. The tee boxes were rather close to the greens so there were a few times we waited for people to tee off to putt. Would definitely play there again but might bring a hard hat.
Great course
Place use to be a hidden gem and is still awesome to play during the week. Weekends it will be crowded especially if you book a hot deal
