"A must play on" golf course
It is a superbly beautiful golf course. Beautiful trees, and flowering plants. For a higher handicapper like me, it is a little tough. A few of its greens are extremely challenging with multiple slopes. If you get to Nairobi, you ought to play the VetLab Golf Course.
The staff, at all levels at VetLab, make you feel welcomed and several of the caddies are low handicap players, so they know what they are doing, and their advice is well worth following. The club has some topnotch coaches, who were Kenya golf national champions. Kenya, with Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia and Zimbabwe are the Continents golfing Mecca’s.
Two weaknesses at VetLab are the lack of a website and a not so good practice range. The good news is that they are working hard to address the latter and progress is evident.
