Bring You 4 Wheeler
The staff was great. The concessions were poor. There were a couple of hotdogs on a grill. The course is really rough. You need a 4 wheeler to get through the course. I felt like I got whiplash a couple of times on the cart path. I know it's end of season but the cart path is pretty bad. The first nine was super slow but we moved pretty fast through the second nine. Oh and BTW the wheel looked like it was going to fall off the cart....no surprise with the rough terrain.
Nice little 9 hole course
I played this once before last fall. It is a nice little 9 hole course. Pretty challenging all around. It's a little far out (i live near downtown Cincinnati), but worth the drive.
Hidden Gem!
Very pleasantly surprised at this little diamond in the rough! Booked a sunday evening tee time for 8/6/17 and I have to say I was impressed. Course is well laid out and maintained. It offers many challenging holes what will require use of each club at some point. We'll definitely be going back soon!
Worth playing
This was the first time playing this course and found it to be a very nice course. The staff were very helpful in explaining afew of the hole layouts and tell us to beware.the greens were fast but in good shape and fairways the same way. The cart paths were bumpy and could use a little work, but that does not effect my golf game. I would recommend anyone to play this little gem!
Avoid This Course
This is one of the worst courses I have played. Course conditions are awful, no sand in fairway bunkers, weeds, bumpy greens, etc... To make matters worse we played on Sunday afternoon and they ran out of carts. We had to wait 30 minutes and they allowed 3 groups of walkers to jumps us and we had to wait all round, settling for a 2.5+ hour round for 9 holes. I would avoid this course.
Tee time doesn't mean anything here
I biked my tee time on golf now and when I got to the course I was told there was an outing and they were running about 45 minutes behind!!! If that wasn't bad enough, the pace of play was so slow that it took us (a twosome) 3 1/2 hours to play 9 holes!!! I guess you get what you pay for!!!
Great Value
I like this little course. It is only 9 holes so double up for 18. But not a typical 9 course. It is a good hilly layout with lots of trees in the way. Fairways and greens are almost always in good shape. Roughs, cart paths end other areas are a little sketchy.
But at the online rate of $15 for 18 with a cart. It is a screaming deal.
Nice Little Course
Have played here several times. Have enjoyed it each time. Brought the wife here to try and teach her. Staff is always friendly and pace seems to always be right. A couple of challenging holes, not overly long.
Don't waste your money.
The greens were the like playing on sand. The sand traps were hard as the ground. The fairways were ok. The carts wete fine. But we had to go back in the clubhouse to get scorecards. I don't think I will ever play there again.
poor maintenance
Its June and they just aerated the greens, would have been nice if we knew that. With the sand they put in putting was nearly impossible. Some sand traps haven't been raked or weeded all year. Roughs were full of white clover weeds making it hard to find ball. Just looks like they are letting the course maintenance go.
Great course for the buck!
Staff is friendly! Course was wet, no ones fault lol but cart paths could be more used. Not a lot of signage or anything.
Early spring issues
The greens were in good condition however the sand traps need lots of work. The sands traps are either hard as cement or full of weeds.
Morning round
Had a chance to to get out for a quick 9 holes on a Monday morning. This coupled with a great deal from Golf now made for very nice morning. Course is really enjoyable, play and view.
Last Chance Golf
A day after rain left course wet so traffic was light. November means leaves were heavy.Pared (5) heavily wooded 2nd hole while my buddy hit 2 trees. Third hole par three 140yds, was amazing, tee on a raised plateau above the green with sand and water bordering the right side of green, nice view. I teed up my MOJO , got out my new Calloway Steelhead 8 iron and made a HOLE in ONE, high fives all around. rest of the day fun golf with high expectations on a course with a variety of challenging holes. Great day for 72 year older.
Nice little 9 hole course
Fun little course. We paid for 9, but they said we could play 18. It was very rainy so the conditions were great, but also meant we were the only ones out there. The first par 5, i believe hole 2 or 3 is very tough. Fun little course if you are in the area.
